I am no expert on rates, but was expecting more like Libor plus 3% on Tranche A and plus 6% on Tranche B, plus as Brisk crucially points out the debt is $20 greater than expected-probably a function of the ECA.Less dilution for us equity guys.

Eloro-I would say quite the opposite. The plan was to always bring on a finance heavyweight non exec-it just takes a while to find and recruit these people. The fact that he and two other very formidable appointments have been made gives me great comfort that the Pensana project moves on as planned. The fact that the share price is where it is, is due to some rather unpleasant tactics here by various nefarious players. I look forward to a successful financing event and rising share price.

Agree Wasa-The Peel Hunt market maker will know what is going on and will leak it out to the rest of the market maker cartel.If there is a flood of selling (as there was this morning) in normal circumstances you can buy as much as you like.Seems pretty clear to me that the market makers want stock.

I think you have pretty much nailed it O&W.My main concern with BRES is the amount of funding required as you point out.My other concern is the logistics of getting the stuff down to Mombasa-it can be done, but is costly-just look at the map.
I like bees management and am watching it closely-there will be times to buy it as we go forward, but meanwhile sticking with ACP.

Wait for the RNS-if on track you can buy more safely, but at a higher price. If a delay you can probably buy more on weakness. That is my personal strategy here.

Very paltry volume, but I guess nobody is going to do too much with only 2 days to go until we hear about tranche B and possibly more.
There was a time when news like this morning's Atlantic Nickel article would have put 5-10% on junior miners-those days will return, but not until the broader market really wakes up to the impending super cycle.

O&W-you make a perfectly fair point below and you are of course correct, which is probably why we have so many traders in this stock.Although I do not trade this stock I do add to my existing position in periods off weakness.As you point out the economics are staggering, particularly when you consider they are only based on 25% of the potential resource.So yes we will have frustrating periods but my fag pack calculations-using $1300 basket price get me a price target in 3-4 years of 35-45p,so I can live with the volatility.The fact MB and "friends and family" own 25% of the float also provides huge reassurance.

Minecheck-apologies-usually much more fundamental on here but it is just the weekend before a week many of us have been waiting for, for a very long time -hence the banter.Stay tuned the working week stuff is much more value added.

O&W we know the balance of the 2.2p and 3p warrants are going to be exercised to provide cash for the final funding, that is very positive and reduces the final equity to be issued by about a third in my estimation.That will leave just the 18.9m 7ps-really not much in the big scheme of things-far better to help funding by excecising warrants rather than issuing new shares.(All warrants are of course already included in any fully diluted share count).

May 2024s are at 7p...so out of the money (for now).
