Strummer, generally I do not like conspiracy theories, but I do believe we are now seeing manipulation here. No one in their right mind would sell ahead of such a huge transformational and derisking deal. Someone wants the shares down for their entry point in the deal. If it is Cannacord again I hope they get allocated zero when the equity piece comes.

Agree there has to be an equity raise. I was a bit confused on the ECA, but it is now confirmed that it underwrites $146m of the $325m bank debt-enabling much lower interest rate . So the equity is still very much required-at least $100m,could be as much as $150m.The key is the price. I am praying for a market or premium price-a strategic partner (Teck, Glencore) is more likely to pay a premium in my opinion than an investor (Orion).A strategic partner also offers alot more.

The Scandies are excellent manufacturers of mining equipment, rock crushing equipment etc-I guess it could be tied to those industries.

Picked-as I recall they were talking $20m from a local Para state Bank.

Strummer and WR-yes I think you are right-frustrating as a LTH ,but in fairness everyone is entitled to do what they want with their shares.Personally looking forward to the next 3/4 years here, though expect I will be paying 15-20p once the new ISA year arrives in 2022!!

Agree Tony. HZM is is also a more complex deal structure. This gives me great confidence that PRE will get financed. Note also that both HZM's Export Credit Agencies are Scandinavian-EKF from Denmark and Finnvera from Finland. Remember additionally that the Scandies produce alot of mining equipment-no wonder their ECAs want to get involved in these sort of deals.
As HZM leaves it's Orphan phase PRE is approaching the end of it's own Orphan phase-get on board now there is only a short timeframe left of cheap PRE shares.

Hard to tell without knowing the shares in issue, but assuming 3bn shares and nickel at $25k/ton,I would expect 35p on production, much higher later.

Basically guys with current cash and liquid assets on balance sheet plus such incredible project economics and debt payback time we are not going to need much equity for this at all.
At HZM I am left praying they do not dilute us too much, here I am wondering just just how little equity they can get away with-very exciting if we end up with no more than 700m shares outstanding (ex warrants).

We are conducting a poll of holders over on the Telegram group-which is proving quite interesting. I just posted the below on Telegram:
"Interesting to note that just 25 (so far) holders here own 8.75% of the shares. I assume if all 111 members voted we would be up to 12/14%.I know another LTH not on here who owns 1.3%,Matt Bull and Family and friends have around 25%-so that is probably 40% of free float accounted for-I know some on here will take hard earned profits as the share rises, but judging by posts most intend to hold at least some of their shares through to production. The mining licence rally was restrained by a heavy Kabuggering, but he has to be nearly out now. We have a whole stream of near term positive newsflow. With Kabunga out this share is now pretty tightly held-I see a good chance of quite a big squeeze here over the balance of the year. Hold tight all-10p next stop."
