Have we ever thought there may well be a reason why ITP may be holding off, there’s lots of theories out there but there may well be a logical reason why the sale was well advertised but not closed for a reason just yet.
That’s what I found so maybe just one link

Won’t be long before this is back lower again.
It’s factual though, have a look at the prices for short hall flights, they are through the roof. Spoke with a person who works as cabin crew for BA yesterday and he says all loads are full and there’s so much work out there but there’s not enough staff on the books (not CoviD) and the recruitment seems to be so slow that all flights are going out with minimum crews. The offering on board in premium classes has gone down as well. I know all airlines are feeling the pressure but it seems BA are bringing issues on to themselves a bit.
Simon Calder posting first thing Monday morning, this is just suicidal, "Please don't buy any British Airways short-haul flights from Heathrow until Easter Monday": that's effectively what BA is telling prospective passengers as it puts one-way economy fares up to deterrent levels.
Manchester £415, Amsterdam £516 and Nice £735
Mark RS it’s pointless talking to a person who doesn’t realise that over 85% of the market was down today. He’s having a vent, leave him to it. There there Metom, have some wam milk and stick you dummy in, you clearly need a good nights sleep before pressing the sell button tomorrow.
