Unfortunately I cannot even disagree with manifesto. Assays are extremely late compared to other companies in the area.

18th August: Transport of the core to Perth to be cut and assayed will now be expedited.

27th Sept: still a few weeks away.

You could argue that the assay company are busy, but normally two weeks and maybe a week or so for transport, but we will be topping 7-8 weeks before results of hole one. This leads me to conclude either:

1. They are drip feeding news to move SP in order to raise more money.

2. There is a big backlog (possible)

3. They are holding back news for an unknown reason to us PI’s. My theory is a buyout by management or similar etc. but I have no evidence of this.

4. They wish to combine both holes to soften blow for poor hole one results.

Just my opinion.

I continue to hold a substantial amount, but with cash in reserve in case of average news.

That’s some serious late reported volume from yesterday.

So with new shares, and if new warrants are exercised I make MC as roughly £3.5m when all issued, with another £800k in the bank on top of what they already have. Ignoring any other warrants that I am unaware of.

I may be missing a trick here and it is stopping me buying at the moment unless anyone can steer me in the right direction. All I can see that is voted for is serious dilution to shareholders, albeit, it will ramp up the project:

An ordinary resolution to grant the Directors authority pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 (as amended) (the “Act”) to allot new Ordinary Shares up to a nominal amount of £970,408.19, being an amount of the nominal value of approximately 200 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital and in connection to the issue of warrants.

So in essence, you sold out too early and have popped back here for a dig. And filter.

Just fun and games. I can sell 5m over 1.8. They will raise it if they need them. Nothing else to add here. Company has said it all. We await assays and drill continuation news.
