Pelican Acquisition Corporation has a MC of $120m. Not small fry. The reality is that the US always value assets higher than the UK. Rightly or wrongly, they are much more forward thinking.

For those that jumped in for a quick buck on the RNS, I would suggest you read their project portfolio. The RNS is just for Jameson and does not factor in any of the other projects.

Dropped off slightly at the end. Could sell 6m for 0.66 on the close. Not a bad day. 1p+ all day long based on valuation.

I would expect that if they are running this by a number of potential partners as discussed, that a few will be doing the figures as we speak, and realising it will be cheaper to buy the whole company out. Interesting times.
