There is zero reason to hold these currently. They are literally telling you they are going to dilute you in half with the issue of just shy of £1m. The smart money is say in the wings waiting for the dilution and to see the placing price.

Shares to buy is correct. Ignore the figures here. The prospectus lays it out quite clearly.

Was having a good chat about this with some ex-military former work colleagues last week. Our conclusion was we are still operating in a way to 80’s Cold War doctrine and the MoD have a long way to go to bring the Armed Forces into the current century. Increased spending, we felt, would move away from current armoured based soldiering on to much more technical and advanced weapons. Hence I have bought 2m.

Many like me are sat waiting with cash as the General meeting tomorrow gives them permission to convert another £1m ish to shares, so in essence double the shares in issue. Not a big deal to develop the business, but AIM is fickle. Waiting to see what they raise at before adding more

Absolutely nothing to do here accept sit on your hands and wait for a partner or buyout. The shakes will be unnerving but sit it out none the less.

I do rather like Tims comparison to Humira. The global Humira market size was estimated at USD 10.34 billion in 2024. Bought some more and now up to 2m. Will revisit on further news. Enjoy all.

The end comments from Tim: P140 is an extremely safe drug and this is a game changer. I would like to think we are talking about another Humira and that is the confidence we have in this drug and the initial feedback from potential licensing partners tends to support that. Let's see what the next few months brings....

To summarise the interview from Tim: (Sorry for typos as typing whilst listening)

From a commercial perspective: They have been in discussion with a number of potential partners. They are in various stages with each. They were all looking forward to submission of the patent. They can have market exclusivity for 20 years. The benefit to IMM is that they have more than one interested party and puts IMM in a good position. The patent is broad ranging and we can discuss on behalf of shareholders the best deal.

P140 has the ability to identify type M patients and this is a tremendous opportunity for partners to accurately identify patients and that is a defined market for 10bn diagnostics market. From there is the therapeutic market which has a value in excess of 100bn. We will go into this market with a partner with no competition.

In discussions but did not give a timescale, but they are very busy in working towards one if not more partnerships.

With regards to cash flow: We have a number of sources of funding. Beginning of the year was high spending due to patent work. Lower spend in second half of year. Arrangements for monthly inflow of cash. Also receive R&D cash credits. Cash takes us well into next year. We are not going to market for money and our income going forward will be from deals in milestone payments.

From a scientific perspective - A unique molecule. Mission is to bring P140 to the patient. Now looking towards the next clinical trial for positive results. More work done around the end points with amendments to dosage to increase dosage tenfold. The announcement yesterday is an announcement that the work conducted now works and hence the patent. Major discovery as confirmed by Chief Scientific Officer. Fully believes the patent will be granted. They were waiting for patent submission before they were willing to discuss likely partners.

My hobby, if you call it that, is hunting out value in UK listed shares. Most of my grown up career was seeking value in business and buying it either early or if it was failing and I could see potential for turn around.

The latest news here is a game changer for this small company. It may need additional funds to see a JV or buyout to conclusion, but don’t let that put you off. Trade if you wish, but keep some for the longer term.

This is not listed in the US so it does not matter.

A day off in America has zero implication here. Americans can still buy here today if they desire.

Shares go up and down. Can sell 1m for 5p. Traders want cheaper and will spout nonsense. Investors want higher and will also spout nonsense. Depends what your risk appetite is. On such news, historically Pharma's are valued much higher. I will sit and wait.

It matters not what the MM pull the bid to unless you are a trader, and in that case I have zero interest in what one says.

I have a bit of experience with this, although not in the Pharma arena. The application would have gone through an applications specialist company who will in essence develop your application. On receipt it will be registered. There will be a period of time where research is done as to whether it impinges on existing patents or submitted patents. There may then be some back and forth to narrow the scope of the application if it is deemed to encroach on existing patents. If not, they are usually granted. Timeframes can run into years, but once granted, it can be very lucrative.
