Afternoon. I would expect the company has had a few nibbles of interest, so the drilling over a couple of holes will likely be reviewed over summer by parties.

Peanuts to buy this out and extend an area of an adjacent site early doors.

Depends what the company is looking for. The more they spend, the better the evidence and thus higher the sell price. Inevitably there will be raises (why else list), but I’ve set my stall for no more than 200m shares in issue with a buy out in the 20p range.

Jono. Calm yourself down there. It is basic business practice to do this. You pay good money to provide you accurate data. This then gives you a number of zones. You then prioritise those zones.

No sound business would discard such data. They would have identified more than two zones. The ideal zone on paper may not be ideal on the ground due to terrain, closeness to water courses, restrictions on drilling etc.

You might need to do in depth reading on the industry before shooting from the hip. Feel free to ask. Worked in the industry for years.

Casper, appreciate that sentiment, but a lot has changed. Namely, holders are diluted. They issued it after this mornings bell, which has now sucked in buyers at 7p+, which undermines confidence in this Board. They should have issued that before 8am. Poor from the management team. Gives the impression that they are not interested in share holders.

Moving forward, yes they have a few more quid in the bank, its why these shares list after all, but once confidence is lost, it's hard to recover, and people just go in for a smash and grab, which stifles decent rises. We shall see.

Exercise of warrants for me, generally errs towards the positive. It does dilute existing holders, but that is balanced against money in the bank. This further pushes away the necessity for a placing and removes the uncertainty of warrant dilution further down the line.

Technically, it should not really affect the SP. However, these types of stocks go further to the downside on any type of average news and they are affected by punters sentiment and that is easily swayed, as in the main I have found over decades of the game, people are fickle and impatient.

It genuinely blows my mind how people invest in such companies. I own a few businesses, one employs three people and it turns over more than this company and has more cash in the bank. There are so many better opportunities. It purely exists by diluting shareholders, otherwise it would have been out of business decades ago.

What you are doing is calling out someone who gives a negative view, while doing the exact same. Very amateurish.

Beesty. You are prime example. Don't worry about me. I have an interest in gold stocks. This is a public bulletin board. I have clearly stated the downside risk. If you want I can state what I believe to be the upside here:

1. Located in a safe territory.

2. Based in a country with a superb pedigree in gold mining.

3. Teamed with companies who have the ability to extract gold within given timeframes.

4. The country is pro-gold extraction and unlikely to change the stance.

5. Gold is at an all time high and based on current world view, likely to stay high for some time.

6. Current drill results suggest the area is viable.

etc. etc.

Again. It all about education and risk management. But you can't just sit there and dismiss me as a 'multi-alias' trouble maker, when many punters sit and backslap each other when the price rises and then blame 'derampers' when it drops.

Zesty. It’s not my problem in the slightest. I just don’t like to see people lose hard earned money without weighing up both sides of a coin. And when someone does offer the other side of a coin, they are shut down, abused and reported. Strange behaviour from so called serious investors. Enjoy your day.
