Of course it is not the best risk/reward. Not even close. I’m not saying it’s not worth a punt but there are numerous risks attached which one should consider before buying.

If you have looked at the downside of:

1. No license being granted or delays in issue.

2. Dilution from ORCP to fund other projects

3. The fact that this company now has zero say on progress

4. The priorities of the make owners may change over time.

5. Lenigas has an extensive pedigree of pumping stocks for his own gain etc etc.

Now if you have considered all of these and more, and are happy it falls within your own risk appetite then feel free to buy. But just buying on the back of an alias who calls himself ‘punter’ is a fools errand

You are dismissing anyone who has a different opinion to you. That is not rational investing. That is believing the hype. If you want long term income, risk rating the downside is as important as reviewing the potential.

AIM is loaded to the downside. They list to raise money. If that is not the first thing on your radar when considering a share, then you are simply a short term punter.

Punter. Good luck. I don’t even hold here. I invest in gold directly. Why, because the risk is all here. Stop getting angry at me. The risk is all yours.

I’m not saying this won’t come good, but if you don’t look at risk you are just a gambler. Good luck.

And that Punter is why this market will eventually wipe you out. Rose tinted spectacles is not something you should use on AIM.

Punter boredom has set in. Many shares motoring on already this year. Radio silence from URU. Can't blame PI's for moving on. They may be back, they may not.

Not really Profit Jock. Its valued already at £42m ish. Arguably its value is £70m based on cash and bitcoin holdings. The market is never going to value it at that based on volatility of bitcoin.

I’m not saying it’s not worth a punt, it’s just the facts presented by the company. The only growth is through a rise in bitcoin price as far as I can see and that is at best a gamble.

Of course bitcoin might rocket to 200k plus, or it might drop to 20k. It’s a chance you take I guess. Have a good one.

Always read the small print:

As announced on 11 December 2025, the Company holds approximately £90.0 million in cash. The Company intends to utilise this cash balance to repay approximately £78.2 million to remaining noteholders upon the maturity of the outstanding loan notes on 30 December 2025.

Following this repayment, the Company expects to retain approximately £11.8 million in cash and hold 620 Bitcoin (worth £40.5 million based on the current market price of Bitcoin) with no material liabilities. The asset base of the Company will therefore be approximately £52.3 million.

So reasonably well priced already based on the volatility of bitcoin.
