Literally the only reason companies list on AIM is to raise funds due to no other options being available. To predict a placing is to predict that a newly built ALDI will sell food. It doesn’t make you Warren Buffett.

The trick is to know whether the placing and dilution is warranted for growth or just to line pockets of the Board. Often at the right time a placing is worthwhile. Other times it may be a slippery slope. Time will tell.

Pharnhall. Your understanding of trading statements is not fit for purpose. Go an interrogate the issued trading statements and you will find this is incorrect.
