In for another 350k, to take me to a round 1m. Just waiting for the 8-9am settle down.

And just like that, once again, a rise is snuffed out.

It blows my mind how punters sell up this share. I cannot think of another share with as much potential currently.

Not a big purchase, just bought another 250k to take my lot to 500k.

Leading on from courts earlier, what I am familiar with is court cases in ‘safe’ countries. What you will see there is fair process. Countries looking to develop international trade will show a stable government and let due process take its path. They will not want to discourage investment from foreign sources by interfering. That said, EME only have themselves to blame for their predicament.

From experience of going to court, I’ve only got UK experience. From experience of UK, most get settled before court and this is generally in the months. With court, it was not uncommon for this to be well over a year or more. Often way beyond that.

It cannot possibly mean that, as EME has an 8.5% stake. The courts will make that judgement, not another company with a grievance.

It’s normal in business to have grievances. You either settle amicably out of court or a judge decides in civil court.

Just pure chance that I sold out 8m the other day as I could see delays and just logged on to see this. Bought back 12m. I'll take that and sit it out.

I’m expecting news on the ground gravity and frequency-domain electromagnetic survey the first few weeks of December. That may give us a kick on towards new year.

After much reading this weekend, I have purchased 747k of shares.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. The ASX just has a more civilised approach to the stock market. A deal is 100% being concluded as per their RNS. It’s now just a decision from UK punters as to whether they feel the deal is favourable to EME at the MC.

Rooferman. This is how it will go. The price heads north and you melt into the background. The price falls and you spend the next hour gloating like you are Warren Buffet. Seen endless clowns like that come and go.

This is normal business for ASX. They run a much tighter ship than the Wild West that is AIM.

This clearly states a deal is being struck and they are pulling together the deal documents. This is excellent news in terms of the deal commencing. Now, what the actual deal is, is open to interpretation. I, however, will be purchasing more on the bell.

Been a good watch. Now reality is setting in. People selling and heading their bets on not so great news... Simple as that.

The stock market is irrational, full of cloak and dagger deals. This was banging at 8p continuously last week and didn’t shift. Now a few minor sells from punters and down she rolls.
