1. They cannot raise funds to go it alone.

2. They require funds to take forward other projects.

3. They are in debt and are a forced seller.

Hello Steve and your side kick Ranger. It is quite evident that you have zero idea of business acquisition. This has been my world for 35 years. When one looks for a value acquisition, it is not about what it looks like in its current form. You are not buying that. You are buying the potential for future growth. So spouting comments about current state is absolute nonsense.

Leading on from there, acquisition takes many, many months and includes due diligence involving Board members, lawyers, SME's etc. It is not done on a whim. This information is then taken back and the Board will spend a great deal of time looking at what their strategy will be to take the business forward to break even and profit. If a strategy cannot be found, the purchase doesn't go ahead.

So, to put it bluntly, rambling about the current state of play is amateur hour and you should probably stick to buying ETFs.

So, let us look at this objectively. Companies on aim, are there for one simple reason, to enable them to access to funding, that would otherwise not be available through normal channels due to high risk.

So, as with any aim share there is a risk of a fund raise. From there, one has to consider, what the funds will be used for. This company seems very conservative in the money it raises. So this, should not be much of a concern.

Now, let’s consider what it has for those funds. It has a very good consideration in a friendly country, with potential within the coming months to be able to estimate a huge return on that investment.

The market capitalisation here, is extremely small based on the potential to come. From my experiences, companies are valued upwards of 5 million conservatively in this position.

So in my opinion, I will be adding this morning, as this is an exciting prospect.

2.5m filled at 0.7 of the 3m asked for. More than I thought I’d get.

Then it will go one of two ways.
