Leading on… ACM is already declared as holding

as per company website as of 16th April 25. If this new purchase belongs to the same buyer, that is a substantial holding post latest raise. That is in realms of making an offer holding.

Back to the post made, it is likely that ACM approached URU to tell them that an II is looking to provide funds, and as such that is what was reported. URU may be none the wiser.

Either way, it seems that is what ACM specialise in. Time will tell, but it has forced a statement none the less.

And that is why you hold the company to account. Couple of calls to the AIM regulator and as if by magic an RNS arrives. Never be afraid to hold a company you own a piece of to account.

Not yet, but my red flag radar is definitely on full alert. I’ll give it until the end of the week. If nothing heard I’ll be out of here.

Sorry. Absolute nonsense. I have been around AIM since its first day. One thing I have learnt is that you have to hold the company to account.

You own a part of the company and as such, there are rules in place to keep you informed of where you stand with your investment. If they cannot get the basics correct, then this should open up endless red flags decisions on your investment.

A basic reporting process that should be flagged by their NOMAD, who you as a shareholder are paying, should not be ignored.

I called, and followed up with an e-mail, to the London Stock Exchange to ask them to look into whether URU is in breach of its reporting duties. If I get a formal response I shall let you know.

Having had zero response from the Company or NOMAD, it is my belief, based on my interpretation of AIM rules, that URU are now in breach of reporting requirements. I’ll be on to AIM today and FCA.

Will keep me busy.

Exactly. There should be a flurry of TR1’s coming due to dilution of existing large holders, and zero have yet materialised.
