Just my take Riscoff from experience. It's impossible to tell how a company will move forward, but having dealt with many US start ups, they tend to pump in private money and are always looking to offload to a VC vehicle. It is the sole focus of every decision they make.

Morning DT. I bought just over a million before close on Friday and I will be buying 3m today. Just waiting for it to settle so It might be soon. I always avoid the morning spike, let it settle and MM's work out what to do. Will buy over a few trades so should be sat on 4m today. Not massive, but enough for a starter. Have a good one.

Riscoff. This is what I used to do in terms of business capitalising. They will be looking at a range of options. Likely private investment initially. for a percentage of the company, with eventually sell off to a venture capitalist fund. This will cause a dilution to existing private holders, but based on its potential this will not be a bad thing. They will want to take it to the next level and they will have to drag us along for the ride or buy us out at some point. All speculation, but this is what I have been considering over the weekend. This has confirmed it even more to me on the back of the RNS this morning.

Just waiting for the morning froth to dissipate and I'll be in for 3 million.

Latino. You make a good point. That is where the risk is.

A. It remains private and if successful, pays dividends of which a percentage will come to us.

B. It lists before our next batch of money is given back and the price goes up and we get less shares or down and we get more shares.

C. It is an unsuccessful venture, in that case the Board here still take their wages and until the final end and we all get fleeced.

High risk all of a sudden, with all the weight pretty much on PI's shoulders. My personal opinion is that they are going to market to attract investment from many areas and it will remain a private enterprise for the foreseeable future.

Just so I am reading this correctly, before I start digging into this at the weekend. The declared shareholders are:

Adrian Crucefix 8.85%

Richard/Charlotte Edwards 24.22%

Ronjon Nag 4.26%

Total: 37.33%

A hefty chunk not in circulation, although I note Edwards and Crucefix have been up and down. Something to get my teeth into the weekend. Have a good one all.

Buys still coming. Another 2.4m gone through. Interesting times in the AI space and some great holding RNS. I shall put this on my weekend research reading list.

AJ. The difficulty is that if Alludium are not listed and remain private, you will have zero idea as to how to value the company except possibly on the Companies House website once they file their accounts and via Alludium website should they issue any informal news . Not the ideal position.

On the positive. If it IPO's on a decent market, it may well be overvalued.

Because it will soon have approx 900m shares in issue with approximately 1.25 million quid incoming. That number of shares times current SP gives a provisional MC of roughly 1.4 m. Rough I know as I’m out and about and not thought about it too much. Arguably it could go lower but placing prices are where they normally sit. This is dead in the water until our new investment decides to entertain us with news. Basically we have now bought into a third party investment vehicle where the Board now have to do zero but take wages and hope this new investment comes good. A good gig if you can get it.

Well I just made £700 in 12 mins so yep. In at 12.38p on the bell and out at ten past eight. Off now for the weekend.

So CTAI are investing about a £1m in this for 13%. Giving a start up rough value of this company of £7.5m.

I have zero idea is that is good value.

Red flags for me so far are they are happy to give 13% to a random company. They could do deals with other investors and dilute us out of existence.

Green flags. We may be getting in early at the start of something big.

However, not really the best way to judge an investment by random guessing.

Anyway back to this. Not much on offer at first glance. Ears will be pricked as it teases partnerships with big boys (https://www.alludium.ai/), but will shall see. Short term is though it’s off down south likely back to 15-17 as these things do. On limited information, buyers or sellers will have to decide if this is for them. Have a lovely day everyone.

Laura. Calm down. I’ve stated I hold. Stop being so defensive. You have to look at both sides of a coin. What serious investor would not. You just come across as amateurish if you start trolling other people’s posts. I’m sure you are much better than that. Anyway. Moving on.

So for a balanced view as Laura likes to cherry pick the good bits:

The AI Agent space is just evolving, and as such Alludium is a new technology company currently building its platform launch. Therefore, Alludium is pre-revenue company and has yet to file accounts.

Assuming no further share issuances by Alludium, the Company would hold, in aggregate, approximately 13% of the enlarged share capital of Alludium.

So positives: It will be in the AI space.

Negatives: It will be in a non transparent company currently. No idea if tech works, is scalable, or even a viable. They have no control of the company issuing more shares to other investors which will dilute the holding here. They needed a placing to buy in.

You takes your chances. Either way they have just turned this into a fingers crossed long burn.

No. Normally, if it lets me buy large chunks like that, it’s going to drop back. I would rather buy in smaller chunks. When the demand is there.

No. I can easily buy £10,000 worth.

You can’t even sell £500 worth so it’s a false rise so far on not a lot.

And for all the chat… another day of nothingness. At no point today could you sell over £3 above .20. Just stuff and nonsense whilst they work out the churn.
