As a former businessman at board level (not a brag, just I’ve seen how decisions are made), new customer focus and then retention is where you are at. It drives most decisions. You generally have to forward focus on cost delivery, innovation etc based on a reasonable idea of projections.
Here is a good example. You will entice people in with deals, offers etc (no idea if they have or not) as you want to showcase your products for ease and simplicity. Once you have them hooked, they are likely to come back. It’s a tried and trusted method.
This product has been many years in the making. Blue Capital has invested heavily. They are likely finally to see results. I’ve bought on the back of that.
