My recent trade isn't far off going sour but I entered on the back of two consecutive rising lows from a multi year bottom, although that's a pattern that has repeated itself a few times since the dizzy heights of 30.

Perhaps we need to be waiting for three consecutive lows here. Holding on for now but I do have my finger on the trigger.

Anyone engaging in what is very obvious trolling is equally getting filtered because if you're dumb enough to reply then 50% of the blame for ruining the board is yours.

If revenues are rising but earnings are not then that's usually representative of acquisition costs. Quite a good sign of a rising FCF profile and indicative of future earnings and increased market share.

This has been an easy stock to bash all the way down from £30 but if the low has been and gone and not revisited then you might be behind the curve a little...Share price is in a uptrend, make the most of the rising lows as nothing goes up and down in straight lines.

That's why they're all filtered... As soon as you all realise it's a mutual masturbation club the more peace you have.

Kor 20,800 ounces / 20.8m EBITDA

YAN 16,0000 ounces / 10.4m EBITDA

Chuck on Dusters (imo) conservative 40m for Q4 and 35 million from Dugbe (if it sells)

And we have a before tax cash pile of circa 105 million by the end of the year all against a 70m MCAP share price.

What am I missing ????

Looks like Anglo are trying to shore up there balance sheet and improve earnings grow by diluting their own share base.

CEY's troubles are firmly in the rear view mirror and they'd hacking up the cash at the moment. Cash that Anglo desperately wants. Value of the offer is now currently 154.53 or 5.2% less than prescribed in the offer. The offer still might represent a premium but CEY is building cash and the share price was moving in that direction anyway. I really hope it gets voted down

Exclusivity just means the seller can't solicit or entertain other bids until after the date noted in the agreement. Arms length means the purchaser and seller are unrelated

An exclusivity clause or agreement, sometimes called a no-shop clause, is a period in which you agree with a buyer not to talk to other buyers. During that time, as a seller, you can't solicit, entertain, or encourage offers from other buyers except the one in the agreement.

It's very unclear Anon. On the face of it I would have thought it was HUM essentially buying out Pasofino for 35m USD for what reasons who knows but then there's two phrases which could mean absolutely anything. Exclusivity and Arm's Distance.

The only "hands off" entity I can think of is Coris and then what does exclusivity mean, I doubt it's the conventional definition. Pasofino is very publicly up for sale, they're literally screaming about it and have several interested parties. So if someone comes in before the 7th of November and offers 200m are they really going to say, no can do, we wanna sell it for 75m on a scouts honour basis?

Going off the Q2 report, the post period performance and what James Husband reiterated on the most recent presentation.

Kor was processing 1.8gt a tonne for July.. 2.7g/t for August and currently averaging 3.5g/t if another 2k ounces growth per month is expected.

Kor Q3 is looking like

July 4800 ounces

August 7000 ounces

September 9000 ounces

Total Q3 kor numbers likely to be 20,800 ounces.. watch the video again James Husband is telling you that commercial production has been achieved.

90 day rolling gold price currently 2408 against a 1400 AISC So that's a 20 million Q3 EBITDA from Kor

This is using the data HUM have published via RNS and reiterated to industry peers just three days ago. So unless you think there's a large scale fraud going on then you'd be clueless to think that HUM need more funds or can't manage the debt.

I suspect you've got up until the 27th (or when they release the H1) whichever comes first.
