Kids off school from Monday - Also most businesses won't reopen till mid Jan - I am 50 mins from the Spanish border, I was over there are the weekend and hardly anything is open, Covid is also the issue and a lot of busineses have closed a lot earlier than ususal.

JRT10, if we look at his record, I think that pretty much sums up what a great achievement this is in getting this whale on board. I use the word whale (stolen from my BTC days) due to his working history (CV) and the contacts he has - Real business is all about contacts (the black book) This is how a lot of these type of guys go in and out of companies, everyone know's everyone - The point I am making is they all do each other favours, ie: Do you remember when I gave you that X contract, well here is one I would like you to stock - and so the circle continues.

He is perfectly placed to smash this out the court, a few supermarkets and talk of the NHS will be long forgotten (until they have the surplus) That is the way I see it, he can talk about his ideas, but what is the point for me - His actions over the next 1/4 will tell the story we want to hear.

HawkesBay, that was my thinking. I sold out of BRH last week on the news of TB, numbers for me not adding up. A lot of holders won't have that 5/10p cushion - After TB tweet glorifying his deals, if I wasn't so heavy in here I would be out. Same for IQ-AI - For me, there are other ways to skin a cat rather than how he pays the AIM game. People love him when they bought in low, most PI's are not in that boat, and we can all see how this pans out. Any company he is involved in the future/if he is/I will never invest, even at the low.

1509, you can click on the link, you can see what they have been to over the last 15 years. They have had a few changes over the years, looks like mostly asthetics in the last few years though. Depends what software they are upgrading to, if that is what they are doing. If they are going onto a new platform there is a lot work that needs to be done, ie: 301 redirects to all their existing pages (this needs to be be mapped out) and then redirected to the new pages - Easy stuff, just time consuming manual work to get it right - This way they keep their existing SEO pages in Google.

If its just a reskin, new product, no eccommerce, its a 40 hour job if that, very easy to do.

Vascular, not sure what you think, but for me the negative news around LFT's is drowning out the postive aspects of testing. The more the days tick along, the more important (we all know its vital now) that the MHRA approve us. The media/politicians/medical commentators etc have banged on about how the MHRA is so trusted when they discuss the vaccine - I would expect the same positve coverge when the approval comes through for us - How is there a negative argument then! You can't have it both ways.

It was a great post by MrMerlot, its in and all being equal the European applications will be done. Hard to know anythhing without knowing what Volz is up to with RMS - Hopefully we will get an update so the landscape should be a lot clearer on all the finer points. The patent is a good step, shows they have spent time and money in getting this in, so we know through that process many meetings would have happened - I would imagine there will be several new products they can get to market. Need patience as I previous poster said today, all we will come good here.

For European protection you need to apply seperatly, just as with Trademarks. Same for the USA etc etc. China does not reconise patents - This is basic knowledge.

Park all of that. Patents are great when you have worldwide coverage, but unless you got serious money to protect your patent (s) its a piece of paper. The USA is a graveyard of UK companies with patents who took on US companies. Patents scare the LTD/LLC etc under 20 million ish turnover, the big boys will tye you up in court with the legals and drain you of cash.

You have no idea its already protected do you - By writing that sentance you think there are two seperate applications, there is only one. Second, you have no idea what the application consists of because its not list (FYI I have spoken to someone who I used when I patented products) and they don't know what the patent actually states.

Lastly, you have no idea if is WorldWide patent - and here is a bit of info for you, FFS do some research!

A granted UK patent can stop others making, selling or using your invention in the UK, but has no influence elsewhere. You see that word 'granted' which is different from the word pending'

jenn1800, can I ask you a couple of questions.

1) What is your scientific backround around the current vaccine (s) basics will do, ie: How long does it last/can you pass on the virus after being vaccinated/do you think 70% of the UK popluation will take?

2) The rollout on 7.8 billion - Would you say this will be completed by end of Spring next year, or do you think it will take longer?

But is this not the Patent application we can see what has been applied for, its vague so I would imagine the paperwork around the application is very detailed and will contain what you have written.
