SneakySimon, that is the nail on the head, zero product manufactured in the UK. You would hope with the knowledge that UK Gov has on the Innova test, soon as UK supply is ready they/as well as the private sector will start to look inwards. You would hope Boris would be singing the tune of a 'made in the UK' when they are confident they can get enough of the tests. All going to depend on what other UK companies can bring to the table, ODX, what a great position to be in, exciting times for UK diagnostics.

Happy new year 1509 - Volz theory keeps on going, no news for a while to back anything up they even have any skin in the RMS product. Considering the opportuntiy with masks, the potential of the tech/new product/RMS would want to grow this side of the company. I am hoping the new guy Alex thinks like this, willing to take a few gambles, ie: producing and sitting on stock with a sales team pulling on contracts/offering 48 hour delivery etc etc..this is how you grow a company, one machine for me is so bloody lazy, it reaked back then and reaks today of BS.

With the new people coming in, old leaving, be nice to think these guys have a business strategy and can put a rocket up the arse of this company. They are building rocket ships to land on Pluto, its such a basic business model its beyond belief its being treated as a man working out of a garage.

Maybe a few few Brexit moves, day traders leaving for quicker returns elsewhere. Its great V prices have been returning to previous levels, but a business is not built on fluctuations. The pressure on Eskom in SA is unreal, anyone following the polictics will know how the opposition are using power shortages as part of their push for more votes. Last night was yet another joke for householders!

Bushveld are at the cusp of a major swing from coal to green, Eskom know what they need to do for the future of Southern Africa, because without a reliable source of electricty everyone is screwed. Bushveld is about contracts, right place, right time, that is what builds and cements a business long term.

I have no doubt, like the hyena going back night after night to the same drinking hole, Bushveld are at the front of the queue with Eskom.

Honestopinion, its the best outcome that could of been expected, Alex is hopefully the key to get this business moving in the right direction. Warrants are the outstanding issue, not sure what else anyone could expect. If this deal was on the table 2/3 weeks ago I would suspect most PI's would of accepted in. Its a compromise for the time being.

Lottohopes, I doubt he will leave with dignity, that shipped has sailed. Investors have long memories, besides its clear he has a game plan and has played most of it, a few more moves left with the other company and off he goes. He knows he is at an age that means he does not need to worry about ii's or PI's for the future, the long memories of investors will mean nothing as he won't be back into any other AIM companies - After the last few months what ii's would back him, or PI's. He knows that, hence his actions to the extent he played them.

No doubt TB will pull the strings to some extent and probably a lot more than people realise.

Williamsburg, not sure myself. The border coming in is pretty clear, so its either the logistics company are looking for a load to bring back to Spain/Europe or they don't want to get stuck in the jam/got the 1st Jan to get over next with the new paperwork. In saying that there are plenty of empty wagons in Spain that are British owned...another poor excuse if you ask me. Volz is the problem as you have suggested, its very strange there is no mention.

knutsfordnotary, the OP was about SA, not Bushveld. My response was in general to testing and mines, about SA plus what else I mentioned - At no time did I mention Bushveld. If he did not care about his workers I would not of invested. Not sure how you get to mentioning the share price from what I said.

To answer you directly I have not overlooked anything - To some point its irrevelant what is in place at any one company if the supply chain in, the workers going in and out, including management and the surrounding areas are not all on the same page, which I can tell you they are not. SA is and will be serverly affected, so are the surrounding countries. Will Bushveld be put in a position or other mines/supply chains will have to scale back, no idea, but you would not bet against it either.

I do agree with you SA in a lot of parts is in a mess, but not everywhere is it a mess. Regardless, when the state pulls the strings, corruption is king, fire services need to ditch a fire vehicle for parts to service the remainding ones so they can operate, no amount of Fortunes unfortunately will change the reality of what its like in the real world. Things should improve, I remember in the 80's when I did my service with the SADF, then the 90's when Madiba came out, then the cricket world cup, football, the billions of $'s that SA was given...its what every South African used to say, things should improve....and still we wait! The good news is South Africans are optimistic, always!

I think that number will rise a lot more, few more months of summer left and into the winter season. I mentioned a few days back on this BB that testing measures in the mines and all the supply chain need to be introduced sharpish. For me, this is a real worry for the people/workers and the whole supply chain, mines closing or slowing down is costly with the supply chain be disrupted. It is no surprise Eskom on the ground with the maintaince teams are struggling (regardless of all the other issues) people are off sick.

Is this possible, I understand company rules relating to loans/inter loans betweem companie, but I have no idea if its possible between companies are listed. Can they take funds on loan frome RMS to IQAI?

If you look at the RNS from IQAI dated 23rd November, it states:

I have been in this company for a long time, the above RNS really pushed the SP forward but it has dropped back significantly since then. There was another RNS on the 26th Nov, good news RNS.

The point I am driving at, considering the Mayo Clinic have been issued shares (see RNS) is it a stretch to think this is where funds could be heading. I have no idea, pure conjecture on my part.

For me, its all about the machine (s), production, contracts, Volz over the next 1/4. That is the one thing the BOD should not not curtail, why should they. Numbers on a PnL will push this up, bring some confidence back and let GC/BOD sort the issues out.
