Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Bit off topic, while we are killing time waiting for the mother of all mothers to arrive, is this the next one -
In the midst of a global pandemic that has infected almost 100 million people, Asia could soon be facing another emerging virus threat with a far higher death rate. Nipah virus, an RNA virus that originating in bats much like SARS-CoV-2, has caused many outbreaks throughout Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Northern Australia over the past 20 years. Now virus researchers are warning it has the potential to affect many more people if lessons aren’t learned from the outbreak of COVID-19.

Manufacturing is the way to go, wholesalers/distrubutors come and go. A much better company to retail can come along at anytime, ie: Boots/supermarket brand etc. Another big advantage of manufacturing is payments, if the product is in demand the buyer pays in advance, 50% on order/50% on despatch - Wholesalers/Dist don't have that luxury, 30 days/if you are dealing with big boys 90 days is not unusual, you need capital, as well as sitting on stock - Cash is King = CK
Libero, out of interest, why can't V be added? What are the hurdles to do this?

OliveOatman, ha, no, but I used to know a few guys back in SA, the witch doctors/sorcerer, that world is another world. Old Shaska, the king of Zuland, he was a entrail kind of fella.
Roscon, good words. We live in a very materialistic world, 'money has no friends or relatives' When I left SA I travelled for 8 years before hitting the UK - I learnt a lot of lessons, but the one lesson I learnt those who have the least give the most, in the sense of welcoming you in, giving you a meal, somewhere to stay, I am talk ruck sach travelling.
Old Swazi saying 'the eye envies, not the ear'
eatstocks, I don't use charts, very seldom. I did a course and have used them, but prefer the old method of looking at companies. I do follow a guy on T that predicted this, the pull back. Its an interesting world to watch, I know a few traders who do very well, soley from reading the charts - or mumbo jumbo as some say. The company will do very well over the next years, good luck on your strategy.
TB is like marmite. Personally I don't like the way he handled RMS, I am not going into it but its quite clear to most, even if you like him, he has not behaved himself and treated PI's as a cash machine - I am in both RMS and here and have been for a while, the future for this company with all its USP's is bright, lets hope the BOD can move forward with Mayo and deliver.
This is a good article that sums it up, Spanish Flu, few links at the bottom of the article.
Did you know? During the flu pandemic of 1918, the New York City health commissioner tried to slow the transmission of the flu by ordering businesses to open and close on staggered shifts to avoid overcrowding on the subways.

SneakySimon, classic, 'if only'
mazik, different product. I am in RMS, its a been a trainsmash of a ride with the BOD but that road is coming to an end. Plenty of room in the market for both, but Haydale with Graphene have a wider scope. No doubt, Graphene's time is upon us.
Hads1991, not 'if' its already started. All graphene share companies are up, some a lot. Graphene's time has come, I agree with dr3k4l3 in what he has said, but I do think a lot of investors are on it already.
Terrible news. In the old age of apartheid, to achieve what she has done at her age, you need to be someone special. Not an easy task, even in todays SA - A desire goes beyond the possible.
ukred, sounds like CTEA, they have a partneship with BHA-Medical in SA.
SneakySimon, good post mate - Just one point, we have to consider CK/WB (no fan of WB) have their hands tied up on NDA's with the Gov. Its been discussed to death on this BB but logically it can be the only explanation, can't be doing this on purpose or through incompetence. The collabration with the Gov is probably something they wish (looking back) they had not done, but it is what it is and its not far off the end game.
Paulcon62 'Microtox BT which has the potential to sky-rocket'
Great RNS, laid out on a plate! Paulcon62, above - 100% agree with you, Microtox BT would take DVRG onto a different plain.
Kainos, you would hope so. Since Volz was mentioned (Heads of Terms) in the RNS its gone dead quite, could be a host of reasons why, TB etc and keeping the SP down for one/mask certfication another. No-one knows (correct me if I am wrong) where Volz currently are with RMS, but that word 'hoping' they are still in the game. Time will tell, maybe when TB is out and the warrants issue resolved this part will become a clearer.
Homer55, not sure about dog masks, IMO its just some crazy marketing by some nutjob...latest news' In the USA a black mamba was spotted sliding down the road to the pet shop with his latest mask design'
Daisydog, so will I. There are no crystal balls on this BB, but with everything discussed on here by the members, plenty of knowledge on this BB, the last several years of how the company has been run, the total mess of Eskom and their infractstructure, the yet again repeating of load shedding which is now becoming more and more political...I would eat my flip flop, braai with red sauce if we don't get contracts. The BOD are making all the right signals that this is going in the direction they have created, if Eskom is not part of their strategy in the next quarter of 2021, I got a lot of chewing and read sauce to get through!
I wonder what the odds are that BJ will make mask wearing mandatory - I think by the end of Friday this will be in place, before he locks down everything. The last throw of the dice before the big lockdown - Biden has already said he will introduce 90 days when he becomes president, does BJ need to wait for his announcement so the public don't have a **** fit.
Over in the US dog mask sales are up 500% - https://www.businessinsider.com/animals-pets-face-masks-sales-spike-covid-19-2021-1
The US is another world!
Its a crying shame the BOD up to now are so useless, a once in a lifetime opportunity to create a business from one product, the holy grail for most business people - One machine, I still can't get over that part, one machine! You would think, exclude licencing/the deadly silence from the BOD on Volz (Heads of Terms, never know it to take so long) that this is the time to look over a 3/5 year period and dominate the mask industry in the UK (forget about the ROW) Even without CV19 there is time to do this, for the new team coming in to push this forward and create a reliable source for masks in the UK long term, and any other products that come up with.
If they do that, or get 20% of the business in the UK overall we are flying!
2seabass, Do you use Mimaki machines? I don't think you can compare printing machines with this type of machine, the one big difference is the issue with inks, if you are referring to clothing you have steaming etc etc...This is a pretty simplistic machine, not sure if you have seen the video but its pretty brain dead. Servicing could be an issue if no-one is trained to do this, but you would think there are companies in the UK capable of doing this.
