Just been reading this - https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(21)00183-5/fulltext
Here is another article - https://www.newstatesman.com/world/south-america/2021/02/brazils-new-covid-19-variant-points-long-hard-road-out-pandemic
I am thinking what the UK goverments is not letting the public know, IMO its why the new blockchain tech in Colindale is being worked on, based around testing and tracking - Van Tam mentioned this on a C4 news, only for that part to get edited out when it went up on their site, plus there are snippets on Twitter (not to say to believe T) - By all accounts herd immunity is becoming less of a buzz word, over the last few weeks I am hearing less and less of this from goverment and news stations. Got to feel sorry for people living in Manaus, c-r-a-p poor president, leaders are corrupt, Brazil is just on its knees with the rest of South America.
Herd immunity, will it work - no idea, by the looks of it, its not looking too good - Testing, its like the interenet back in 99/2000 - no-one really believed in it, a few did, tech was poor, orders where hardly nothing per day, credit card orders went through on a PDQ machine manually, Tiny PC's ruled London and on it went - Now look it at, another world - For me, this is the same as testing, after watching the ITV programme last night, the same type people said the net was a fab, don't give out your credit card details, all scare mongering, nothing about how tech will make tests better, just p-i-s-s poor political football
Onwards and upwards, 3 years time people will look back at Omega and the like, just like they did with GWP and ASOS - If only I had invested will be the new song.... I just think its plain obvious where this is going. For me, can't wait to get back on the road and head east, off to the Gobi Desert - Anyone who wants to meet up, go and check out Unicat or Krug MAN expedition vehicles - Just incase the world stops come this October, you can isolte in your zombie truck.
