Gold Price @ £2110 (almost nearing all time high) but Endeavor Mining stock is non-performer. It should be atleast near to £1800. Guess it is the poor operational and financial performance of the C0mpany

Are you sleep walking? 50 million valuation ?

I have my doubts that any Financial institution will give Loan to KEFI which has NIL assets on its Balance Sheet. Loan will be sanctioned only when addition Equity infusion from a new investor (gold mining Company) with good track record comes into the picture. The new partner will only come in if they see potential in mining rights and also if they get control on operational and financial management which Adams would not let it go from his hands.

My worry is that if KEFI takes longer time to start operations government of Ethopia will become impatient and may withdraw mining rights to KEFI. In that case the Company will eventually have to be wound up.

Even if we see a scnerio that loan gets sanctioned then the increase in share price will not be that great. It may touch 0.85 p at the most and then slide back to 65 p

The stock was flat even after 30 minutes from announcement. So either the news was factored in the price or the news has no impact on financial or operation performance

Tristor - Don't bother on negative opinion of Donkey board. Ignore him. The fact that this was a consolidation year for CAPITA Plc. This quarter the Company will show good growth and hopefully if they have used £200 million raised on sale of subsidiary in reducing their almost same level of debt then the Net interest cost will start falling down. In my view you can see the debt reducing by 50 % and balance funds invested in growth areas. One can expect nominal dividend of share buyback (of £50 m) from 2026 after the AGM. The fact that current valuation of £338 m is 1 1/2 times what we received (with dividends) from sale of subsidiary itself gives indication of low valuation. If the Company shows growth YOY of 10 % in Revenue and Earnings for next 3 years then this stock will increase by 4 to 5 times current valuation. Stay invested. Short position holders will go away

This stock is one of the blue chip in AIM Market. Data analytic Companies have gathered huge quantum of data which can be used in building algorithms for AI. This stock will command 2 1/2 to 4 times valuation in next 3 years. This year was consolidation year for the Company and with CASH spend on integration of recently purchased subsidiaries the benefits for the same will be seen from next Financial Year. One will at-least see YOY growth of 20 % in Revenue and Earnings for next 3 to 5 years which will give good boost to the stock. Further offer to buy out in these years can not be ruled out and this stock will command good valuations because of potential growth and new areas of business. I am going to stay invested and add further stock when I restructure my portfolio.

Reading the RNS notification I am a bit positive that share price will recover to 0.65 early next year and with news of sanctioning of Bank Loan the stock price will move higher. I would have been skeptical if no CASH had come in like issuing shares to clear outstanding. But in this case CASH has come in vide private placement whose investors are sharp to invest where they see good returns. Lets hope for the Best. I will postpone selling till Mar 25. Wait and watch is only thing which we can do

In my humble view Capita will show Quarter on Quarter growth in Revenue and Earnings from now on which will start improving stock price. With more consolidation in sale of non performing units the stock will reach level of 28 p-35 p by end of 2025 irrespective to external economic conditions subject to no major goof ups like we seen last year on data leak. The Company needs to manage client relationships with a long term view as against aggressive short term view on extracting monies from clients by their commercial team which it has taken so far

More dilution will be on way in the form of ESOP's as incentive for doing nothing. Harry you need to go and hand over the Company reins to competent people. I sometimes even doubt on the prospects and feasibility of the TULU Kapi project

The only way we have to address this non performance is to vote the key managerial person out from their position. If you look at the trend every time when the Company wants to raise Capital at discount it gives positive news like Bank Loans will be sanctioned / work will start next month etc. But it never materializes. Transparency zero

dv harrision - I was right. Harry can not be trusted. Each time when they need working capital (just to manage administrative salaries) Harry goes to new shareholders diluting our rights. What a shame. Still more to come. Expect another £50 million new Equity coming in at 0.5 p or less per share.

Do you trust Harry? I don't. He tries to give hope to stay in the position where he is now. Best thing that could happen is sale to strategic investor. Bank loan will come with covenants to raise new Equity which will be a disaster for the share price. I am holder of shares in KEFI but not sure if I will continue to be a long-term investor. Looking at decent exit as trust in management operational and financial capabilities is the worry factor

Restructuring will be completed by March 2025 with all possible negatives handled and left behind this stock is there for a good re-rating in 2025. Market capitalization will touch a billion with 100 p share price by mod of 2025 and if there is a strategic investor (luxury design house) with controlling interest the stock will possibly move to 125 p

Gold Mining needs sophistication and expertise which I doubt KEFI has. It is not just digging hole and extracting mineral. It needs good Capital investment and Bankers will be reluctant to give $400 m on such smaller equity / valuation. They may bring conditions like increasing the equity (by another 100 m to 150 m) by bringing a strategic partner with good capabilities. The best thing what should happen is that a strategic investor buys out the rights for mining from KEFI valuating it between 1 p to 1.5 p per share. If at all management dilutes the existing shares by issuing shares below current price then we will again be stuck win price band of 0.5 p to 0.6 p for next year or so .

73 p should be the break-out price (by end of next month). Next level should then be 85 p (between Jam 25 to May 25). This is my estimation and wishful thinking

It is not about being invited for the party. Transparency matters and I have realized that there is lack of transparency by not disclosing. It has repeatedly given notification on under performance to hammer the price down so as to give justification of raising shares art discount and raising additional debt at high interest rate of10.25 % from AML Capital.

Lawrence Stroll management inefficiencies are reflected in the operational and financial results and also in the way it conducts its affairs. Shame

From the Notification - The Company consulted with a number of its major shareholders prior to the Share Offering and has respected the principles of pre-emption through the allocation process insofar as possible. The Company is pleased by the strong support it has received from new investors and existing shareholders. Allocations were determined by an independent sub-committee of the Board.

The Company discussed with major shareholders but did not bother to discuss with retail shareholders to issue share at discount. It is like sharing the booty amongst themselves. What a shame. Not sure why Independent Directors not object to the resolution when their role is to protect the interest of retail investors with small holdings.

It is not going to make much difference to Endeveour Minning share price. If gold price falls by 1 % the price of shares falls by 3 % and if it increases by 1 % the price in the first held will show 2 % to 3 % increase but by middle of day (when Canadian stock market starts) the price is hammered down to roughly the same price as it was previous day. Valuation on London stock exchange (for all Companies) are not that great and is even worst on Canadian stock exchange. Investors are cautious and pessimistic and believe in making money by taking short position
