There are two narrative which are driven by conaman Harry - Sale of stake with Saudi JV and sanctioning of loan by the Bank. Both of them had Dec end as likely date. It then shifted to Jan end and then to Feb-end. Now it will be Mar-end and in between another share dilution. Dont trust conman Harry. He has been conning shareholders for years. Nothing worthwhile will happen till conman moves out of the Company

Tomorrow I reckon we will see another interested party for takeover of Wood Group operations. Wood competes with Sidara and if Sidara can eliminate competition by buy-out then this is a win-win situation for both the firms

The Company will soon shift its listing to US. AIM market is not for such technology stock. CEO Shakesphere always had this view. London will lose many Companies because of pessimistic attitude of general investors and manipulation by fund managers.

If gold price decreases the drop is very sharp but if gold price increases sharply the price is minor increase of is steady. Gold price at current level is unsustainable and more likely to drop rather then gain

I have a feeling that these short position is created on behalf of Sidara so that they can take advantage in pricing of depressed price (one of the factor justifying to bid low)

Don't trust on the promises from conman Harry Anagnostaras-Adams. He over promises and never delivers (i.e. conning). It has been happening since 2006 - since incorporation. Since past 19 years have not mined a single ounce of gold and probably will never be. He is in search of investor who can purchase shares in bulk

In previous bid PE firm Apollo wanted a buyout at valuation of 1.68 billion topping £1.6 billion bid by Sidara but withdrew from making final bid and subsequently Sidara also withdrew. Subsequently for some reason Wood declared series of bad news resulting in drop of Wood price to 68 p and then to 28 p including the CFO qualification oversight. SIdara now enters for bidding.

It looks like Sidara and Wood's BOD have tied up to reduce the valuation to detriment to shareholders interest. The deal will ultimately settle above 100 p for sure

Why is the price stagnant despite positive news? It should be at 400 p levels

Sidara are not so interested in the Assets or current business / order book. What it is interested is technical knowhow and manpower. They may be buying the Company on behalf of Company like Aramco and use the knowhow for internal projects. In that way they can move quickly for exploration of their own projects. So though the initial bid will be around 70 p and finally settle at 120 p or may go to as high as 180 p if there is a bidder

Canadian markets worst then LSE. It is always noticed that shares are generally steady in morning but as the day progressess it sharply falls to maintain opening price of Canadian stock exchange. There was no reason for stock to fall by 3.5% when gol price actually increased. These is an attempt to bring down the price o that the Compan can be take over at lesser value. Expect offer from Investment Company very soon
