Rallied well in the morning and closing price was disappointing. Only good announcement can trap short sellers resulting in exponential increase in share price

The theoretical Enterprise Value (EV) is market capitalisation (£250 m) plus Net Debt of £700 m. This translates EV to £950 m to £1 Billion. Because of issues facing the Company the EV may trade at discount of 10% to 20% for Sidara. In my view valuation will be four times current value of 35 p I.e. 140 p per share

Best thing that could happen is that Artar pays KEFI for stake it’s stake in JV say realistic 15 m (Net of KEFI liability in JV) and KEFI issues 25% additional stake to Artar at 0.80 p per share. This will capitalise KEFI and Banks will also issue loan to KEFI. Though this transaction will dilute shareholders stake it will at least make KEFI a going concern and Artar management replacing Harry with competent CEO

Even if they look at Rights issue it will be after report from Deloitte and adjustments made in Accounts including prior period restatement. IMHO there will be a bid for the Company very soon from one of the two previous interested parties

CRAIG JD - If the employees get TUPED to the new service provider then this will mean reduction in payroll cost for Capita in future. Cost savings from £160 m to £250 million will include savings s a result of not incurring payroll cost for TUPED employees matching it against forgone Revenue. If they give guidance for 2025 - flat Revenue i.e. no year on year increase and cost savings of £250 million then it would give exponential positive impact on margins. The market capitalisation will double up from current levels. However if they give guidance in 2025 showing decrease in revenue by say 10 % and cost savings of £250 million then it will not have impact on margins

Today shorts will start winding up and this will be reflected in price. Else they will be trapped if there is any announcement on weekend

Most of the cost reduction is because of reduction in manpower for existing business which is lost. So if there is Revenue reduction then cost reduction will automatically follow. £250 million reduction can not be achieved in like for like comparison and that too in one year. Impossible

This Company is compelling case of buy-out for Companies in similar business. It has the potential and experience to deal with large projects, its order book and carried forward losses which can be used for offsetting profits for new Company. I am quite positive that there will soon be an announcement of interested party. The share price will zoom at speed of rocket

I am done with promises which are never kept. If the stock price does not exceed 0.75 p before 31/03/25 then I am selling my entire holding. I am sure other shareholders may have similar strategy.

If the stock price does not exceed 18 p before 31/03/25 then I am out. That's it. Waited for full one year but has not given me joy. Will look out for Companies which will not stagnate with its stock price. I am sure many of us will have this strategy in mind

We have to see how this stock price reacts in last 15 minutes of trade. It will be highly volatile. May cross 30 and then slightly drop

At 166 million valuation this stock is value stock in FTSE 250. Such engineering and consulting Companies are few and I am expecting another bid after Apollo (2023) and Sidara (2024) with much less valuation of 120 p to 150 p from large middle east oil Company which will be rejected by management but will prop up the price. It will be multi-bagger in couple of years - to reach £1 billion to £1.5 billion valuation from current valuation of £175 million. Accounting for multifaceted contracts is always complex and report will Deloitte will not lead to any restatement but will generally discuss about controls on Revenue recognition

It all depends on guidance. In my view the guidance for 2025 for Revenue will give nominal (5%) growth to NIL growth as compared to 2024. It will however come out with Adjusted profitability growth to as much as 30 % and positive CASH flow from because of cost savings. Cost savings benefit in 2025 will be £80 million - £120 million in real terms. This may not excite the market but at the same time it will not be seen as negatively and one share price can reach level of 0.18 p - 0.2 p post the results

can not believe this. the volume today is very low 850 k (as on 2:30 pm). for a share value of 13.75 p this volume translates into ************** of just 100 k value.
