Right from beginning the communication is not clear and looks like something is fishy in the deal

@LorenzoLynch@ : You are right - current liabilities are 213 million reason being Borrowings of £78.4 million (which previously was classified as non-current) and Lease Liability of £7.5 million are maturing in 12 months and therefore shown as current liability. Normally Banks would like to rollover the Loans that mature for a Company like yougov with stable operations and landlord will extend the Lease. In next period Balance sheet you are likely to see these values coming down unless some other borrowings are maturing in next 12 months from that period. If you deduct £78.4 million and £7.5 million from Liability of £213 million the current liability will stand at £ 127.5 million at same level as current assets of £124 million. The Company has sufficient CASH Balance (shown in current assets) of £49.8 million) and will have another estimated £50 million of undrawn over draft facility from Bank. Therefore I am quite confident that there will be no need for raising CASH and the CASH generated from operations (including newly acquired entities in past year) will be sufficient to manage operations. In fact if there are no plans for organic and inorganic leveraged growth then substantial amount of debt for acquisition of entities in past year) will be repaid in this and next FY. My assessment is that share price will be around £7 to £ 10 by end of this calendar year

@PI_winner and Gregmn : I agree with PI_winner. Gregman has no clue and seems to be short seller. If a Company is stable and CASH from Operation is positive then the lenders would like to roll over their debt. With healthy CASH balance of £50 million and stable operations Banks will not be reluctant to roll over their debts. FTSE AIM is the culprit to depress the share price. If the listing moves to US then valuation will double when listed

@smellyben: Agree with you 100 %. This has been happening from years now. There is a pattern - announce positive but mis-leading RNS which increases the share price to 65p to 70 p. This is partly managed through cheer leaders on chat forum who I suspect either do not have understanding of basics of financial management or their chats are managed by CEO and his team (anyways they do not have any work to do). When share price has reached that level then bring in rights placement to third party at 0.5 p thereby diluting existing shareholders rights. If rights are not raised twice a year the Company will cease to be a going concern. The funds raised are used up for salary and administrative purpose and when it depletes the same cycle goes through. Wake up guys. Smell the coffee

Stop Dreaming for 15 p Target. Rights issue at 0.5 p coming soon. The modus operandi of KEFI is to bring in RNS with positive news and then issue rights at price far less then CMP - 0.50 p. This happened last year as well and will continue to happen. There is a pattern

The shorts will face good erosion in value as if all conditions remain same as of last week the share price will be 335 p to 350 p by end of this week

Even if Sidara withdraws the offer Wood Group will definitely survive and do well. There will be most definitely change in BOD and management. Imho the restatement will not be that bad. The Company may require to raise additional Capital within a year but any Capital raised will be at a value exceeding 35 p. So with or without Sidara Wood will do well and within 3 years we will have another bidder at £2.50

@ LorenzoLynch: There will be no need to raise additional Capital. Net short term (current - which is payable in 12 months) liabilities (excluding CASH Balance) is £138 m. Reason for such high difference is because £78.4 million is coming up for payment in current FY. It is very normal that the Bank rolls over the debt maturing maturing in 5 to 10 years. The CASH Balance of £50 million and CASH which will be generated from operations / savings in operation cost will be sufficient to manage smooth operations. Imho the Company will not be required to raise additional Capital

Expect the price to rise in range of 350 p - 400 p by end of this month. Need to be patient. We will eventually get valuation of 700 p-750 p without any open offer by another Company. From thereon the valuation will be controlled by rumors on interested party buyout at valuation above 1000 p

Endeveour Minning produces 1400 KOZ of Gold with free CASH Flow of £450 m and operations across multiple sites has valuation of £5 billion. Next week you will see a message from your Brokers that the Company will raise further Capital at 0.45 p through private placement. The share price will drop to 0.4 p. This is what KEFI has been doing and I am not sure why the investors are ready to be fooled. Either sell / hold but recommend not to buy additional shares

There will be no value in Sale of Saudi stake (Net of payment to be made to ARTAR) or if at all there is it will be less than $5 million. So please don't pin your hopes on Saudi stake Sale.
