It might be a fair question but it will have no impact on any sale or JV.
Companies plan years in advance and although there are issues with doing certain types of business with Russian companies Eurasia mining is a UK listed and plenty of UK and American companies do business there.
BP even owns 19.75% of Russia's Rosneft and it hasn't done them any harm.
There are also plenty of ways around any issues, you tend to find this particularly when the commodities are needed by those countries on their "soapbox" ....Russian oil and gas being a prime example!
Am I worried? Not at all!

911's are generally very reliable cars but there are issues, many model specific so decide what you want model wise and do your research.
The forums are great for this and you will learn a lot.
The 996 is considered to be the least desirable but they are still great cars, again one or two issues (crank oil seal) etc.
Where you buy depends on how much you want to spend, dealers will obviously have the best cars but there's loads of Porsche specialist who will generally be cheaper and will be great for servicing etc.
No problem buying one privately but you do need to know what your looking at and it's a good idea to try and drive a couple of the model your looking at as a good one will shine and stand out from a so so one.

The Palladium coin is a good shout, I will probably get 1 or maybe Platinium depending on the divi/final result.
My first really big winner was with BP many many years ago and I still have a collection of BP paperweights which I gathered over the years, some being quite valuable.
It's nice to have something to remember those days rather than just a pure "treat" item!

If I end up considerably better off with a cash dividend, the same amount of shares in EUAv2 and the SP showing say a 4x increase I'll be happy!

We will have to wait and see what is sold, how much for, and what remains.
If 75% of the company is sold I will NOT be happy with 20p, BUT
If EUAv2 exists and the SP is say £1+ and on top of that they give me 20p in cash for every share I'll be content!
But if 75%+ goes it won't be 20p!

If you have made a profit it counts towards your allowances for that financial year.
The government website on capital gains tax is very helpful, and explains a lot and also has a calculator to see if any tax is due.
If you have "only" made £2300 profit you should be fine but I do not know your personal circumstances so you should always seek advice.
If you haven't taken advantage of your personal ISA allowances this should be a priority.
