We all suspect (with good reason) that the sale of assets will exceed the current SP, you could even argue that even if there is no sale the SP is to low BUT at the moment we still have to many missing pieces to ACCURATELY value the company.
I believe the SP / any sale will be well north of where it is now but until I have more detail I, like others are only guessing.
All the time we are in this situation and there's a market we will have much of the same.
Once figures are given, JORC, what's being sold, licences etc it will re rate to suit.

The share price is governed by demand. If people are selling in the 20's that's where the market is.
No sellers but plenty of buyers, then the MM's push the price up to bring sellers in.

Have you got a link for this article please? Just had a quick look but no joy.
I am "bullish" on POW but I think a fair value of £1.20 is very high considering what we know at the moment.
A substantial find could of course alter that but a discovery will obviously need to be "proved up" to confirm it's extent etc
Some of these articles need to be taken with a decent pinch of salt as one of my other shares has a fair value of £45 on simply wall street and it is currently well below £1..........
It will be one hell of a celebration if their anywhere near right!

This isn't your normal share.
Normally I set a price on a share and when that price is reached I sell.
I have NO intention of selling this share, never have done, this is ALL about the sale.
I couldn't care less about attracting new investors, yes the share price climbing is nice to see but,
It's just a sideshow to the main event!

They tend to release RNS's when the stock market is closed to give people the chance to fully digest the detail for when the market opens, it also avoids chaos on market / SP if its good or bad news.
They could have released today's at say 7am tomorrow but why not release good news as soon as possible so that we all have a great night's sleep, well LTH's anyway!
