Nickel is one of the "key" commodities going forward, along with Copper, Lithium, Cobalt and others.
Demand for all is going to grow massively. Look at the price charts for these over the last 12 months, huge increases in prices.
Could be very positive for POW!

Probably a couple of hundred million but there may be a sliding scale depending on the final price.
Don't mind them having 1Billion if it's 5% of the sale figure!

We will have to wait and see what finally happens but lots of companies sell assets for various reasons.
BP for instance have sold loads of oil & gas assets to concentrate purely on their most profitable fields.
At the end of the day if an asset is more valuable being sold then why not.

I think your wise with both Shell & BP.
Both sound companies going forward and although they will struggle to beat their all time highs (IMO) there's plenty of scope for upside.
I certainly wouldn't sell down on either at the current SP's

If your only comfortable with minimal risk buy FTSE100 shares or buy a bond.
POW is an explorer, Greatland was an explorer, you invest early in the hope that a company will make a discovery and "multi bag" like Greatland.
If you're so negative on POW why are you still here?

Don't think I can claim to be a long term holder but I am comfortable with the situation as it stands currently.
POW is still a relatively young company with assets that could be company making, not only that we have money in the bank going into 22.
I agree with your thoughts on drilling etc, it is early stage and any findings will need to be further investigated to ascertain the extent and grades.
Being this "early doors" any potentially "life changing" discovery is in my opinion some way off, but you would think with the projects we have under our control one or more would turn up something, and with sound assay results this should have a positive impact on the SP, but a Greatland type spike will not happen unless we get a Greatland type discovery.
Hopefully Paul KNOWS a bit more than we do an is targeting or planning to target those options early 22, we will see!
I'm patient, yes I would prefer not to be "underwater" but I have invested a sensible sum and I'm happy to leave it in here and see what happens.
I fully intend to hold and will do so unless PJ start selling down.
