My gut feeling is that "the silence is almost deafening" on the global financing front, so my take on that is that if achieved it will be a "mixed bag" of them taking on more than they noted, but with longer but still costly terms, to give them additional funds to play with, or they simply turn to conversion of the payday loan with some form of understanding to the lenders, and then work on actually banking excess to build a war chest by mid summer to do the additional works needed at SLBY.

Either way it is still some way off being retail friendly, if at all.

It was all viable on prices well before gas went to the stratosphere and nearly back, so on that front I doubt the sales through Moroccan industries and possibly domestic at what are discounted national rates is really the issue, OK it does affect export gas, but that is unlikely to happen until the national needs are satisfied first, and that is some way off.

Although the "seller" is still hovering around like a fart in a lift, I have taken my last chunk to complete the accumulation I wanted, I feel this is "hopefully" the bottom or as near as damn it, gotta try and make hay while the sun shines !! one sellers loss is hopefully a gain for others "over time".
