4) Highly likely the volatility will drop prices like a stone the minute some kind of line is drawn in the sand with Iran/US etc. TICKKKKKKK

Liquids in any form within the FLOWING column to surface add density, without liquids if you had say 1000 psi reservoir pressure, you would likely see 950 + psi at surface, the reservoir pressure is almost fully transmitted to surface.

NOW ADD all that juicy induced condensate they are creating because they are flowing BELOW dew point, they get induced liquids, the lower that pressure the MORE liquids, and the lower the surface pressure, the lower the free gas can get to surface. THE END !!!!!

So they went through a MASSIVE decline rate by Jan it was a dire 44.5k p/d, such a decline rate due to liquids that it would soon become non commercial.
