Looking at the BH VAS webpage it states that the VAS service is a supplement to conventional formation evaluation and works via the analysis of cuttings and cores.

The RNS states " log, core and cuttings analysis", so is it possible that although not mentioned an RFT tool may have been used?

IF by "Lse" you are refering to London South East then they are working with data supplied from the London Stock Exchange and hence would be unable to give a definitive answer as to whether a trade is a buy or sell.

The algorithm that "Lse" use to define whether a trade is a buy or sell is entirely dependent on the accuracy of mid price and that can lag badly.

As for the London Stock Exchange as far as I can see and despite their often stated aims of making things clearer for investors there is no hope.

For someone with "limited knowledge of the industry" your third paragraph makes quite a claim.

Baker Hughes are a leader in their field and unlikely to be selling a technology (VAS) that is going to be potentially so innacurate across whole reservoirs, there may be many reasons why Topset-1 did not perform as expected but you are now using this one instance to raise doubts as the whole resource calculation!

Future tests will in zones with progressively improving permeability so judging the well on the results from one zone only is short sighted.

Unfortunately the company can not pick and choose which zone they are going to test first, it's from bottom up.

If you listen from ~58min on Max's interview of about two weeks ago it explains why the tighter zones are important to GBP in respect of potential field development and deserve testing.

So I think we were absolutely correct to test Topset-1 even if it was ultimately a disappointment.

Although flow tests are immensly impactful on SP ( as we have found) they have to follow the science.
