Per your admission on 7th July it is fairly obvious which side of the pendulum you are on (at the moment), for me the SP could go anyway at the moment been in this situation before on other shares and not seen the forecasted crashes predicted by many in this situation.

You might be lucky but we will just have to see.

The twitter post from the company on the 30th June shows pad showed work still to be completed (at least to me), so if completed that must be in the last few days, guess we should get some information Thursday.

On the twitter feed (29th June) pad was shown as still incomplete, has company updated since?

Operational plan is guidance only and always likely to be amended, PANR are under no time constraints as they will be working off a gravel pad.

As far as I can remember the company has only committed in an RNS to a summer drill.

" Planning is advancing for the Dubhe-1 commercial demonstration well, located in the Ahpun field western topsets, to support the development case for Alaska LNG Phase 1 (pipeline). Activities are targeted to commence during summer 2025."

Did they come up with that AFTER the share consoildation had occurred?

RNS today looks like a programme designed to get that license extension, 88E very much in a period of minimum works, minimum spend it seems.
