So either news in AIM via RNS or 27th in Australia.

11:39 Because it is, 88E are quoted on both exchanges with completely different regulatory regimes which have to be complied with plus of course 11hours time difference.
You are the poster quoting a timeline and then ignoring the RNS that so far has only been released in AIM and refers to the Secretary of State order 3395.

the document released in ASX at 08:18 IS NOT the document released in AIM at 07:58am on the 22nd.
There has been no equivalent of the AIM 07:58 document yet released on ASX/Chi-X or indeed 88E Announcements.
All you have to is read the last announcement on AIM and try and find in ASX or 88E website.

The Trading Halt was initiated prior to the release of the Operations update which was released as an AIM RNS only Document and gives a link to the Secretary of the Interior order 3395 , NOT as you say the Biden Executive Order which related more specifically to ANWR .
There is no contradiction between the 88E RNS statement and order 3395.

guess it all depends on what the exchanges rules and regulations require.
