Link is a bit historical but has information on Cruz Construction element of project, we have worked with Cruz previously and they also constructed the snow roads and ice pads for UMIAT#18 & 23H. Snow road will connect us to Umiat Airstrip which will aid eeficiecies in terms of crew changes & materials, parts etc.
