Have checked BLM & AOGCC sites today and no updates as of yet in respect of our permits but these things can be batch run and of course the hours difference comes into play, so need to patient just a pity it's the weekend :-(
A correction to one of my earlier posts Spill protection permit although showing in approved plans actually awaits final letter of approval, from looking at the queries apart from a query regarding ownership (Emerald House / AEA) and certification of oil tanks, the rest related to fish & game and wildlife recommendations and updates, everything requested has been actioned as far as I can see.
Spill Approval is State not Federal and approval has been granted for other wells in region eg Umiat & Harpoon previously and should not be an issue.

I can well understand some posters caution after all it ain't done until it's done, my own view is partially based on knowledge that we have gained many permits including for snow road construction, spill , water and very importantly environmental assessment - the decision for which was made public on 22/01/21 in the BLM website and also the contents (wording) of the latest 88E ANN.
I Look forward to receipt of the permit to drill perhaps on the 28th ( remember time zones) or early next week.
Like 11:42 if I have it wrong and the PTD does not happen then ...

Carefully worded but the meaning is clear.
"The Company has received confirmation from the BLM that the Assistant Secretary for Land
and Minerals intends to sign the permit, subject to satisfactory completion of the standard
review process by the BLM"
DW would not make a statement like that if untrue IMO.
