Does PANR have an ESG policy?

Not sure if it does and as far as I am concerned not over bothered bit of a "me too"

Going down the route of small shareholder involvement in capital raises as far as I can see (whilst laudable in principle) seems to always result in a longer period of uncertainty and the same pattern of many existing shareholders selling holdings hoping to profit from the new offer, ultimately rarely works in my limited experience.

Not sure if the board has actually been dishonest but I do think on reflection that David Hobbs seems to be getting enjoyment from his role these days.

I read it that reservoir qualitities match pre drill modelling and similar for fluid properties ditto, no problems with that.

We saw of course the increased thickness of hydro carbon bearing zones that saw resource estimates increased ~63%.

You need to look at historic declarations, Qube MAY not have been working from zero so to state that shorts have increased by 0.51% may not be strictly correct.

"A public share notification must be made when the net short positions of shares reach 0.5% of the issued share capital of the company concerned, and again at each 0.1% change above 0.5%.

This change relates to both a 0.1% increase and decrease of the position (including each time the position drops below 0.5%). "

Suggest take a look at Alkaid-2 operations between 18th Aug - drill ops complete and 25th October - production test commenced.

Lots of activity including necessary application and receipt of permit to flare from AOGCC.

So can not see any actual flow test activity in the time scale given at 07:28 particularly in the light of the equipment availability unknowns.

All we know is that the declared shorts have increased by 0.51% and that Qubes last declaration was 0.42% on 22/01/25 after which they would have had no obligations to declare unless they exceeded 0.5% once again.

The information you are asking for is best obtained direct from the company, I think in the past you have stated that you have had conversations with directors/management.

My own thoughts are if there is anything seriously amiss (price sensitive) the company would have to RNS as they did with the sand issue on Alkaid-2.

The drill is progressing 'to plan', initial logging and coring is positive, we are now preparing for flow testing and still 'to plan', where is the mess?

The July webinar makes it clear that the US$16.5M raise almost crossed the 7th July RNS so I hear what you are saying.

Had the Q & A happened yesterday this could have been clarified.

Listen to the July webinat from ~6 minutes and David does talk about the fund raise and how it came about and what is gave us in terms of financial strength, my inclination is that we are funded for the flow test but David does leave it a bit open ended.

Almost as if the drilling and logging (appraisal) of Dubhe-1 and the extended flow test are separate operations for finance purpose.

Needs some clarification.

The webinar content was very positive, it was very definite about what has been achieved so far in respect of Dubhe-1.

In respect of finance I agree the market needs some clarification to calm the nervous, my view is if we need funds to conduct an extended flow test then so be it there is no option and with the company actively contracting equipment and other suppliers to conduct the flow test it appears that is the company view to.

Suits the traders, shorters and those wishing to get in cheap to wind up the pressure.
