"The top 20 shareholders in our annual report are correct and compliant with the ASX. Although in the past we have reported the top holders by consolidating the UK underlying holders and the ASX listed holders there is no requirement for us to do it this way. Therefore this year we have listed the shareholding according to ASX compliance and grouped all the UK holders under the registered holder of Computershare Clearing Pty Ltd."
It's important to remember that although we are very close to TAPS the test will be conducted on an ice pad (no advice to the contrary) so any works will be subject to the usual winter season constraints.
Any oil that flows may be trucked and sold into TAPS, possibly via Pump Station 1.
Do not expect any major income winter 24.
Temperatures already look more like seasonal norm.

Yes it is definately warm on the NS just now.
Always the potential for a short drilling season of course, but as dayight hours decrease the NS will cool rapidly.
Last September saw temperatures at or near zero deg C.

Nothing will happen without money and there is no magic money tree.
So capital raises are necessary to enure potential is achieved , provided the funds are used wisely then nobody should complain about dilution.
My only query is why the company went down the convertable loan route.

The tundra will be insuffiently frozen in October to enable commencment of ice road and pad works, likely to be at least December before conditions will allow works to commence.
The drilling season off ice roads and pads in Alaska is at best January -April , unless able to work off gravel pads and roads.
We are very close to the Dalton but will still need to work off an ice road and pad.
The SOA is very protective of the tundra.
Do not put your faith in sponsored media articles .

Its quite feable that ice road and pad construction could commence during Dec 2023 for completion early January as GBP did with Talitha A, all subject of course to weather and DOG/DNA approvals.

ASX/C'boe stable at 0.7c currently, but unsure what impact "Rights Issue" will have over next 3-4 weeks, history would suggest SP will come under some pressure but plenty of recovery time pre winter season.
But who knows.

North Slope Energy is a Bill Armstrong vehicle, applications for drilling permits on BLM website last month.

Yes that is what it looks like to me, was hinted at in the AGM presentation. All subject to Bex of course, hopefully any unpaid cash calls will be deducted from any payment, US$500,000 per !% could result in quite a payment.
In respect of the revised resources report for project Peregrine I think that the "best" 2U 1231.3 MMstb should be the figure to take notice of and not the "mean" which is just a mathematical figure.
Disappointed at further dilution about the only saving grace is that it is overt and not coming back to bite us further down the track.
Thanks for posting link to the article, would query the Yukon comments as DOG has reported that we have surrendered those leases.
