looking at share trades there does seem to be periods when both buys and sells are falling on the same side of mid price so difficult to be certain how accurate the buy/sell stat is.

As I think the company has previously intimated our oil & gas rights specifically excludes helium so there would be extra negotiation of royalties to be undertaken, if the helium is there I am sure that the state would be positive due the products strategic value.

I am hoping you are right, if I am reading the following correctly MP may quite correctly not need to update today so any absence of an update today will not mean it has not occurred!

"You should send your positions by 3.30pm on the trading day after the day the position was reached. All calculations should be made as at midnight on the trading day the position was reached."

PS after such a long time of MP being delinquent in notifying changes of position and even getting the company name wrong it is refreshing that they now appear to be taking their reporting obligations more seriously, any view as to why the change?
