Update on what? company gave a timeplan in last RNS, completion and stimulation takes time.

"Namibia - KW1X Drilling Update

The Kavango West 1X exploration well, which spud on July 31, 2025, has drilled to a depth of ~2,300 metres. Intermediate logging is currently underway. Once casing has been set at this depth, the Company plans to drill through ~1,500 metres of Otavi reservoir zone before reaching total depth ("TD") of ~3,800 metres. Drilling remains on schedule to reach TD with well results expected in Q4 2025."

Not sure why it seems to be such a lengthy process (at least to me).

Management continues to evaluate moving from AIM to a U.S. senior exchange. A dual listing on the LSE main market is also possible if shareholder value is enhanced. A U.S. senior exchange listing would broaden institutional investor access and improve liquidity while maintaining protections for all shareholders (whether UK based or elsewhere in the world). UK shareholder rights and communications are expected to remain protected under any scenario - no substantive changes are expected since U.S. senior exchanges have similar reporting and governance obligations to the UK market and all would be the same class of common share with equal ownership rights."

Whether knowingly or not the company sidesteps the Q of "when" this time.

Previously always given as late 25, early 26 and in light of no statement to the contrary perhaps we should take this as current plan but...

Wonder if small package sales are having an impact, but otherwise complete lack of news regarding Alaska or Namibia.

Finally located 2024 annual report as at 30th June 2024.

Just glanced at Otto (OEL) in hotcopper and saw a post that was basically a copy and post of PANR's last RNS, many here may not know that OEL joint ventured with the old Great Bear Petroleum guessing 2016-2018 (until PANR became involved) and as a result hold I believe 14.3M shares.

As an aside when GBP were in limbo, OEL, 88E & Red Emperor joint ventured on a small block of GBP leases to the West of the main GBP leases.

Just a bit of history that many may remember but I am sure many also have no knowledge of.

OEL is a shareholder and do not hold any working interest.

Thought the last auction was the closing auction at 16:30 -16:35 hrs, the trade is described as an OTC trade, is this a trade between brokers or 'sophisticated investors'.

96M shares admitted to market today, taking us to 1.33 Bn, there are a few large sells today (50K plus) which may explain fairly muted response to today's RNS.

Not sure if L2 tells more?

I was not thinking of any poster in particular, but think that the RNS was unequivocal about the forward plan (and indeed achievements to date) and should be the only reference point regarding operations.
