15:00 the document was The Environmental Assessment (NEPA) and not the "permit to Drill".
Within the provisions of the document are a right to appeal which is good for 30 days from 20th December, 2021, an appeal in itself will not prevent any activities taking place, there is a right to request a "stay" which would submitted with any appeal.
I think that the additional 15 days allows for documents to be submitted to all parties in the event of an appeal.
Certainly not an example of clarity is it!
On the basis that the assessment is so current and unambiguous in it's decision and there are no Polar Bears in the vicinity my view is we will be OK, but that is only my opinion.
