if the prospects are as good as the company and various poster believe then why worry about short term SP movement?

placing are a fact of life for junior explorers with no realistic other route to funds, provided it's done at the right time and the fuds used to maintain and develop the business as per the companies strategy then that is fine by me, we may have money in the bank now but much of that will hopefully be used over the this and next quarter so to ensure the companies future then we may indeed need to raise funds unless we have something else up our sleeves.
However if "investors" put themselves in a "placings straightjacket" they may find they miss out on spikes if the SP is rising and able to absorb a fund raise.
But a placing story is always good for a scare :-)

often see price variances pre OTC opening not sure if MMs have orders to fill for brokers or what ever, at the moment it looks fairly solid if not at earlier highs. :-)

close to opening , SP rising - demand?

Not sure if anyone here can explain the sudden price movement today could be profits from elsewhere or some building their position but volume of trades at 115M is significant versus recent days so it is all very welcome.
OTC not traded since last Friday so will be interesting to see what our friends in the USA make of it all :-)

BLM has a duty to inform if the permit is not going to be issued 41 days after permit application, 41 days passed last Friday so the contents of the ANN(RNS) would suggest we have had the nod if not yet the permit.
" The basics of the required timing may be summarised as follows. On day one, an operator submits an application for permit to drill. By day 11, the BLM is to notify the operator that either the application is complete or specified information is missing. If the application is complete on day 11, the BLM has until day 41 to issue the permit or to notify the operator that the BLM cannot approve the permit yet."
