Depends how confident BLM are about the correctness of their original decision in respect of the Environmental Assessment.
We have already seen the publication of the US Fish & Wildlife memorandum that supports the BLM decision.
The whole NEPA process is open for public comment at any time so this additional period is very frustrating and the change from from calendar to what looks like working days is frustrating.

We could well emulate the ASX, initial fall then a steady rise through the trading day although of course we will have the OTC opening in just under 4 hours which could influence.
ASX & Chi-X once the "matched market" vs. "market maker" reporting is taken into account has driven much of the volume over the last few days.

So far off kilter you would imagine there would be a sanity check. :-)
