The Centre for Bio diversity could have appealed the environmental assessment decision and if they have proof of "irreparable harm" requested a stay, seems strange that they have gone for threat of court action instead.

Last "research" report I saw was from Cenkos (UK Broker) but that was a while ago, you could try a search on Cenkos or Euroz Hartley(Australian Broker).
I have never taken much notice of research reports.

Firstly the permit is not delayed at this time and secondly just because it's on twitter it is not necessarily true.
If permit was delayed until end of March we would not be drilling this season.
Let's hope for early news :-)
