PS 30 day report showed our application for Merlin-2 until 3rd Jan, now 30 day "public notice" has expired BLM Office will be considering possibly in conjunction with AOGCC (certainly when approved will appear on the AOGCC site.

16:54 Not sure that many junior O & G explorers have many options when it comes to financing what is after all a very expensive business to be involved in, would I prefer that the company go out of business for lack of money in the bank, go to a loan shark or raise funds via shareholder dilution then the latter wins hands down.
Provided the bulk of money raised finances drills, seismic and associated analysis and we have seen 5 drills and 2 lots of seismic + proprietary and associated analysis.
I still think 88E will make me money this quarter and very possibly after that.
Just my humble view, I am not an expert like so many here :-)

volume continues to grow, have to see IF interest transfers to OTC.

on 6th Dec CBD requested that BLM deny 232 pending permits across all BLM lands, since that date BLM have continued to approve permit requests - I reckon ~ 100 , why 88E exploring on the NPRA (National Petroleum Reserve) and with a full environmental assessment ( which is already explicit in respect of polar bear) should be denied I am unsure.
