Chris as far I can see it is almost Status Quo in respect of existing NPRA leases including ours, there are plans to review and strengthen environmental protections my view is as our existing environmental assessment is very current we should be OK, but that is my view as someone invested here.

Not only Governor Dunleavy but also the Native Corporations unhappy with Biden and the decision to revert to the 2013 plan for the NPRA, if I am reading correctly the acres that were released in 2020's plan have never been put up sale so in some respects it it status quo.

I always wonder how technicals work on a share like 88E that is being traded on multiple markets almost 24 hours a day and of the four main markets 2 are market maker and the the others (ASX & Chi-X) matched markets.
Take into account FOMO and fear (often induced by ignorance) and prediction can not be easy.

if drilling was stopped in the NPRA and AWNR then the activists will not go away, precedents will have set and the state lands will be targeted. How ever I wonder like you if it will ever get that far.
The National Petroleum Reserve was set up for a reason and has a lot of history.

These environmental actions against BLM are nothing new.
