21:25 the guys trading on OTC seem confident, however NO ONE here can give a definite answer as it will be up to BLM to approve (or not) the permit.
Rules are in place in respect of polar bears and I imagine based on scientific research so it may be that BLM will argue that they are being responsible already, but I for one honestly don't know.
My gut feel is if the permit has been completed correctly and the work plan fits all the necessary criteria we will get approval.

Certain posters here are certainly not posting for altruistic reasons but we have to accept that 88E has been targeted and we will need to see how BLM respond.
I am sure this years permit application will be agreed.
BLM have requirements in respect of the environment and 88E (Emerald House) have a current Environmental Assessment for a five year exploration plan.
Should BLM decide in the light of the current pending legal actions that changes need to be made that would almost certainly impact all NPRA leases including those already producing.
Regulations already in place in respect of polar bears and dens plus other flora and fauna with which we have to comply.
