If wireline logging indicates a production test is worthwhile then I am sure a CR to fund the activity will be positively received by the market.

But also exceptional snow falls which could have an insulating effect on the tundra surface, hence DNR's recent advice for ice road and snow road contractors to begin pre pack asap

All monitoring stations on slope have met snow criteria but soil temperature at 30 cm is not near to minus 5 deg C hence the wish to reduce the insulating affect of snow blanket.
