I suspect that BLM/AOGCC will not delay once public comments have been considered but how long that process will take I do not know.

Alaska 9 hours behind us, so decision almost certainly next week.

The EA document conflicts as one hand it talks "through" 4th Feb which to me means inclusive but then below that mentions "by" the 4th, which to me would mean close of business on the 3rd.

Which means we have the weekend before a decision could be made, I doubt BLM will jump the decision.

12:38 if the BLM (AOGCC) follow procedures then I am sure that the permit will have already been vetted technically so will be all systems go once the 14 day public consultation relating to the EA is completed satisfactorily.
