A good surprise to see the sp close to 28p this morning. I had not anticipated the momentum that the share price had in mid to late December. Whilst the ups and downs of the journey are not known to any of us, the final destination is clear and a share price in the range of 50p to 75p would be realistic for 2025.

I remain of the opinion that financing and FID are nailed, albeit any surprises with Shenandoah may cause a few challenges.

The third partner is an interesting one. It is my understanding that several companies are interested. These transactions take time though.

Buckle up for a very interesting ride in 2025 !!

Historically Eco has been leaky with news and rarely has there been a non-drilling news surprise to those in the know. I suspect this time is no different. It would be unusual to have business news so close to Christmas but Harbour did that exactly last year.

There is enormous potential in the share price and next year will see that potential be rewarded, hopefully.

XOM farm in into Orinduik has looked a strong possibility - that would be some Christmas present for holders !

Looks like things are starting to settle down. Small buys have slowed. The number of posts has slowed. Some have taken profits. Pubs which were closed, have opened and then closed again !!

All normal in my opinion. When Rockhopper does take off, it’s to the moon as the saying goes.

I suspect the share price will stabilize around the 15p to 18p range for now, before the next news.

I suspect Q1 2025 will be a time to get the pencils sharpened.

Well ..... good to see 20p broken. With the momentum and focus on Rockhopper. we will start to see the crazies arrive; a few have arrived already !!

It's worth remembering there are many investing strategies out there, from long term holders to day trading.

Information will start to become harder to access as the crazies arrive and post.

I firmly believe there is no better risk/reward investing option on AIM right now.

The London based Navitas project team are progressing FEED at pace.

Rockhopper's share price will not increase in a straight upward trajectory to 50p plus, as we all know.

As for a third partner, that would be nice ....

Yes condensate is indeed light oil. Illuminating.

Gas condensate project economics are heavily influenced by the gas side. Guess what - in the southern basin you have to reinject large quantities of that.

There are technical challenges drilling in the southern basin. A history of Border’s drills will show you that plus you can see the high costs.

I’ll say au revoir and let you dream of first Darwin production in 2050.

Borders will most likely do well from the Sealion shadow but the action is firmly in the north.

I would be delighted, as I am sure this board would, for you to enlighten us on Border’s forward plans.

The economics of an appraised Sealion heavily overweight anything in the deepwater southern basin. It has taken over a decade for Sealion to truly get going.

I don’t want to dampen the party but ….. Borders are years off getting fundings to drill.

The action is in the north right now.

Borders will have its day in the sun but not yet .

He climbed Sharkey’s stairs; they seemed steeper than he remembered. On entering the bar, Borgo saw the regulars, perched on theirs bar stools, drinking copious amounts of Angkor beer. Borgo didn’t recognize many of the regulars – times had changed. A ray of sunshine came over Borgo as he locked eyes with the Barman - “It’s been a long time, Borgo. What brings you back to Sharkey’s ?”.

Borgo informed the Barman that he had feared that Sharkey’s had been closed permanently, but had been recently informed of his error and that the bar was not only alive and well but the future business outlook was very, very promising.

One legged Pete strolled around the corner and upon seeing Borgo, embraced him. The two caught up on old times. Unfortunately one-legged Pete’s brother, Rob didn’t make it through the pandemic.

The Owner and Cellarman both were made aware that Borgo was back. Guinness was ordered for the whole bar by the Owner. Even the dancing girls were drinking the black stuff as they played pool with some of the regulars.

“Chateau Rothschild to celebrate your return ?” enquired the Barman. Borgo declined the offer, noting he was saving that for a time when an important document would be signed.

“Any news ?” asked one legged Pete. Borgo talked of a place just off the I-10 where plans were afoot to join the party. Not a done deal by any means, noted Borgo but those yanks have looked at the party before, although that was a long time ago, laughed Borgo.

It was good to have Borgo back. He had been away for far too long. As one-legged Pete noted – with Borgo about, things will hot up again and the Chateau Rothschild will start to flow. Exciting times ahead !!

P777 - it would indeed to great to see 17p. My view is that the daily movements are really only of interest to those who trade short term.

Rockhopper now has momentum. I would not be surprised to see us pass 20p, nor would I be surprised to see us go back to 15p. One thing is sure though - the foundation is strong and the path forward is credible.

There are "better" high risk investment opportunities on AIM but I don't know of any investment opportunity that has the risk/reward that Rockhopper has.

Well spotted Market-Dealer. In October 2021 my opinion was that Rockhopper was dead in the water. My posts since then have tuned 180 degrees. Very, very few companies would have had the finances and appetite for the Argentinean risk. Navitas is a black swan in this case and they alone have turned the Rockhopper story around.

I am transparent in that I have taken my investment here at about 12.5p average. I may add as we progress through 20p and beyond. I will learn from the past with Rockhopper. It's too easy to get swept up with glasses of Chateau Rothschild and the dancing girls !!!

You don’t normally get a second chance in life !

However, Rockhopper Investors since the Sealion discovery well in May 2010 now find themselves in that boat. This share has now one thing that it hasn’t experienced in a long time – a solid foundation, a reasonably predictable future and momentum.

Many of us early believers should have benefited significantly financially – some did, some made decent returns but many lost money. The current journey to 20p is a forgone certainty. To 50p, the path is clear. I would suggest, by before the end of the decade, the share price will be at an all-time high.

Learning from the past and understanding the risks is important; the principal risks being in my opinion:

- Funding: unlike many, my understanding is that this is well taken care of. Shenandoah will have a large positive cash flow from next year. I also anticipate a third entrant – possibly a company from the I-10 corridor or an eastern player.

- Commodity price: always a risk but OPEC+ are acting sensibly and a US recession is all but off the table. China’s economy is improving, although from a lower base than previously.

- Geo-political: The Argentina situation or more global.

- Takeover: Rockhopper are protected contractually from Navitas. Many energy players still shy away from the Falklands due to the Argentinean claims.

- Sam does something stupid ! : Remember the Egyptian foray ! Sam too, will have learnt lessons and as we all become wealthier, Sam does in a much bigger way !

- Placings: Can’t be ruled out but Rockhopper has access to significant loans.

- Greed: This is a major risk for private investors. There are risks that we don’t know about and although the Rockhopper investment case is exceptional, surprises can and will happen. Take profits along the way and don’t get over invested.

For those of those present since the days of the Llandudno scrolls and OilBrat’s prophesy, we have been given a second chance. There is no OilBrat, Marlon Monkey or GClarke35 to guide us this time, but the path is illuminated this time around. A rig will arrive in the Falklands, oil will get produced and the basin will get exploration again. OilBrat was correct in his prophesy that billions of barrels of oil will get extracted from the Falklands. We will all do well out of this ! Enjoy your second chance !

It has been a long time since OilBrat deciphered the Llandudno scrolls. There have been many highs and lows since then - more lows than highs unfortunately. It appeared for a log time that OilBrat’s prophecy would not get fulfilled. Eitan and Samuel have changed that though, and the promised land of flowing oil and gas will become a reality.

I have increased my holdings this week and hold with an average close to today’s closing price.

Disciples will get very well rewarded.

As I understand it, work continues at a pace with the Navitas project team in London.

I don't know when the FID will be, but I'm relaxed, be it this year or the first half of next year.

Navitas remain in a strong position and financing should not be an issue. A third partner would help, but is not essential at this stage.

I suspect the geopolitical environment will start to calm as we approach Trump's inauguration.

I remain a holder here with my average being slightly below today's price.

I see this as a multi-bagger within 24 months.

I didn't see us reach mid November and the share price to be around 10p.

News of the Walvis basin blocks farm out, Orinduik block farm out and drilling dates for Block 3B/4B could have been legitimately expected by now. I had heard strong whispers of the Guyana farm out about a month ago, but that has went quiet.

2025 to be Eco's year ? Well we heard that for 2023 and 2024 !!!

One thing is for certain though, when the drill bit starts turning right, we will be multiples of 10p.

Patience is a virtue !

The red drums of progress are sounding.

Exciting news ahead.

It is normal for oil companies to agree on unitization without drilling the "smaller" side of the field. The field can be very well defined from seismic.

Interestingly Eco plan to drill Arituk, which is "close" to Hammerhead. Also interesting that Eco show a fault on their maps between Arituk and Hammerhead.

I suspect that the story is not clear on Hammerhead and exactly how much is in Orintuik. Could be significantly more than what is published so far.

A XOM farm into Orinduik would suggest this, if it happens.

Orinduik could be very valuable. Eco have been very tight lipped on Hammerhead. there could be much more to this than is publicly available.

There is no doubt that Eco have executed some great deals in the last few years. Orinduik and Walvis farm outs will be next no doubt.

It is frustrating that the share price remains sub 20p. However, this is understandable given that only a drill will substantially raise the share price. A XOM farm in into Orinduik would also be a share price step change catalyst.

Gill has historically been over optimistic on drill dates. However, this time around he is being more realistic.

I also would not rule out a left field busines deal.

This is a multibagger for sure ; the only question being the timing of such.

Some interesting comments on the field development plan recently on the board. Here’s my summary:

Development drilling will obviously focus on Sealion. The stated development is a “drill to fill” of the FPSO. There are various production options to tieback in the area of the first FPSO for many years to come.

Cashflow and debt management are key for Navitas. They are not a XOM or Shell. A third partner will come in before first oil. Navitas will not go exploring. Remember Navitas have no ownership in the South Falklands Basin.

The South Falklands Basin will have its day, but not anytime soon. Probably in 5 to 10 years for a well or two and certainly well into the 2030’s for first hydrocarbons.

Isobel/Elaine is a massive prize – most likely much more recoverable reserves than Sealion/Chatham/Jayne. This area will get fully appraised when cash is coming in from Sealion and the oil price environment remains solid.

North Falklands Basin gas will become part of the story at some point but probably in the 2030’s.

The ex Argos area has interest, but is not a priority for Navitas – they have more than enough other priorities.

In summary, I believe we will get, in order - a third partner, Sealion area drilling, Isobel area drilling, NFB gas commercialization, SFB development. All is reasonably fluid, apart from the plan for the next two to three years drilling.

At 15p, the share is highly discounted.

Patience and time will see multiples of 15p.

The Falklands oil and gas environment will look vastly different in a reasonably short space of time. OilBrat's vision will come to reality !
