You don’t consider from £1.70 to 3p in 6 months as being ‘marked down’? A move from 3.5p to 4p does not indicated anything either way imo

The decision to sell was probably made by someone not close enough to understand or care about the fundamentals or near term price drivers. Could be that it’s O&G, or just a reduced smaller company allocation. Exit over time.

Yes once these share issues go away then its recovery time here, even without an uplift in adverting spending. The debt here isn't that large relative to EBITA and without the M&A payments and improving margins the financials look fairly robust.

The problem is the 10s of millions of shares being constantly issues behind the scenes for historic mergers and acquisitions. That drip feeding into the sells and until it clears we wont move up without some very big news. 36m more for 2024.

Initially the last share but back was only implemented to buy back the equivalent in options that had been issued. There should be a more material buy back this year. I believe this has already been stated as the intention somewhere- that once payment for mergers and aquisitions are completed in early 2024 those monies would be used for buy backs. I’m hoping for something in the region of £30-£40m. There’s no chance of a div imo

Does anyone think net debt won’t have increased significantly?

Why wouldn’t the placing proceed if it drops below placing price? Its current shareholders that vote for it, they would prefer that new investors have to pay a premium for the new shares so it’s actually more likely to proceed. The new investors have already committed monies, they can’t drop out and they know they can’t get 60% of the company without paying a massive premium otherwise.

I doubt anyone who was still invested in Prem has the brains to move here

The latest court order doesn’t protect the company from claims by the senior lenders, with the payment due 29 March it all depends whether they make a legal claim. If they have decided they want to take the assets themselves then they will proceed in that regard and there is not much HZM can do. That’s what ‘senior lenders’ are, they hold first call on the assets. Admin could come this week.
