Having read how disgruntled the leadership team is with the current status, bearing in mind many of them came from self made companies purchased with S4 shares valued at up to £9, I expect he didn’t want them and large shareholders finding out and pressuring for a sale.

SMS may look to wrong foot the market with a fib or large share buyback and get a share price boost starting a bidding war at a higher price.

Yes people can take profits but doing it following an update stating that all was on track, monies received, contracts signed under budget has just confused me no end. I assume it was the lack of a spike early on that spooked the shorter term holders.

Had a read through. No real explanation for the financial mess other than the comment about some covenants are outside of the companies control - gearing vs share price - but I don't see this as the reason for the initial breach.

The cash burn is huge and we really need to see a big commercialisation deal before the monies from the post AGM share issue runs out.
