Revenue for the second half of FY2023 was impacted by some orders anticipated to be shipped in June 2023 being delayed to Q1 of FY2024.

Production in Q4 means huge amounts of news flow to come. The fact that they are still maintaining this target is very positive. Things will surely happen very quickly.

Many bottom feeders on here coming up with outlandish scenarios hoping to get in lower on Monday, even digesting there will be another fundraise lol. Obviously the fundraise will go through as it’s the only option in the table. Large shareholders would have already agreed. £2.2m gives this plenty of cash runway to get any stalled contracts back on track and complete new deals while terms of any takeover is sorted. With the new factory this would be turning a profit under normal conditions and with the legal matters settled we can get back to business. Tesla will be well aware of our IP bank and very very interested. Im sure this will be multiples of current share price in the near future.

It was only September last year that this was £1. Nothing has changed other than advertising downs remains low. We still have the big clients who will be spending more with us when that changes around 2025. It’s just a case of getting in at the bottom with revenues of £1bn, let’s just hope some synergies have been realised and margins improved. Very tasty target for a takeover at this price. All you have to do is list in the US and that’s triple the current valuation.

Retail are only getting £200k of the £2.2m placing so if you want more shares they have to be brought to in the market. I don’t think we will have to wait that long to see this much higher.

I think they would be but the share structure is set up in a way that prevents SMS losing control through hostile actions. He’s the king of mergers and acquisitions so knows what he’s doing in that regard atleast. In the 2022 accounts there was confirmation of succession planning for SMS. All adds up to a merger or takeover. S4 will want it public to boost the share price and promote competition.
